Nobody can see the panel through a screen, so they trust the spec sheet and the reviews.

A monitor is judged by something the buyer cannot check from a photograph: how the screen looks in their room. So they read the panel type, the resolution, the refresh rate and the response time, then look for a reviewer who has measured the colours. A listing that says only 27-inch Full HD gives them nothing to compare.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Monitors product collection

In one paragraph

Monitor e-commerce is the online sale of office, gaming, design and portable displays, to buyers who decide on panel type, resolution, refresh rate and the ports on the back. GullySales works on how your listings state those details, how you answer questions about colour accuracy and connections, and how a buyer is matched to the right screen for their desk and their graphics card.

A gaming buyer, a photo editor and an accountant want three different screens at similar prices. The pages that tell them apart are the ones that win.

Who it is for

This is written for you if you sell monitors online.

  • Monitor dealers and distributors selling multiple brands online
  • Gaming peripheral sellers who list high-refresh displays
  • Sellers of colour-accurate displays for photographers, designers and video editors
  • Portable monitor and second-screen sellers targeting laptop users

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • A seller who cannot say what panel is in the model they list
  • A shop that wants to sell colour-accurate screens but has no way to tell a buyer what accurate means for their work

How buyers choose

What decides the sale of monitors.

  1. Panel type

IPS, VA and TN panels differ in colour, viewing angle and contrast, and buyers have learned the labels from reviewers. They want it in the title, not buried in a bullet list.

  2. Resolution and size against the desk

A 27-inch at one resolution looks sharp and at another looks coarse. Buyers want to know what the size looks like at a normal sitting distance.

  3. Refresh rate and the cable

A 144 Hz screen needs the right port and cable, and the graphics card must send the signal. Buyers ask whether the box includes it.

  4. Stand, mounting and dead pixels

Height and tilt adjustment, VESA holes for an arm, and what the replacement policy is if a dead pixel shows on arrival.

Where sales are lost

What usually goes wrong when you sell monitors online.

In the words sellers use on the first call.

  • “Customers return the monitor because it did not connect to their laptop”

It had HDMI and their laptop only offers USB-C, or the cable in the box was the wrong one. The return was a page that did not name the ports.

  • “A creator asks whether the colours are accurate and I cannot answer”

Listings claim a wide gamut but give no figure the buyer can check, so a serious buyer assumes there is none.

  • “People compare my gaming monitor with a cheaper one that has the same words”

Refresh rate and response time are listed the same way on both. Nothing shows how yours differs in panel or stand.

The scope

The work we would propose for monitors.

Measured on purchases, conversion rate, cost to win a customer, average order value and repeat purchases. Anything here that needs a platform or tool we have not used with you is confirmed with you before it goes in the scope.

What we do

What you get for monitors.

Each deliverable and what it is there to change.

  1. A ports and compatibility table

For each monitor, the inputs, the cable provided and the laptop or card types it connects to without an adapter.

  2. A screen chooser by use

A few questions on work, desk size and device, ending in two recommended models from your stock.

  3. A dead pixel and replacement note

Your policy in plain words, with what the buyer should photograph and who to message, shown before the checkout.

  4. Comparison pages for your top models

A stable page for each pair of monitors buyers weigh, so the comparison happens on your site.

How the result is measured

  • Purchases
  • Conversion rate
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Average order value
  • Return rate
  • Connection and port queries before purchase

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first piece of work.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What we need from you

What to have ready before we talk.

None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.

  • Your monitor range with panel type and ports for each
  • Return reasons, especially connection and dead pixel complaints
  • Questions from buyers about colour accuracy or refresh rate
  • Any reviewer or channel that already features your models
  • Your marketplace listings and Shopping feed
  • Stock by model

Selling in India and abroad

Selling monitors beyond your own market.

Where you sell decides sizes, units, seasons and returns. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new country we start from your own sales and the platforms you already use.

  1. Plugs and power adaptors

Monitors ship with a power cable for the market. A buyer in the UK or the Gulf needs the right plug, and this belongs in the listing for that country.

  2. Fragile and bulky freight

A large screen costs more to ship and breaks more easily in transit. Count the freight and the breakage before choosing a market, and start with the countries that already order from you.

FAQ

Questions about selling monitors online.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a higher refresh rate sell better?
For gamers, yes, but only if the buyer's graphics card can use it. Say what hardware the screen needs and offer a cheaper 75 Hz or 100 Hz option for buyers who do not play fast games.
How do I explain colour accuracy to buyers?
State what the maker gives, such as the gamut coverage or factory calibration report, and say which kind of work it suits. Do not claim accuracy you cannot document. Reviewers are more persuasive here than your own copy.
What should I do about dead pixel complaints?
Publish your replacement policy before payment and ask buyers to send a photograph on WhatsApp. A policy that is clear at checkout leads to fewer arguments after delivery.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on what is being changed and how many of the people who matter see it. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever the work touches, such as your profiles, your website or your accounts, and time with the people who can answer our questions.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
