AI training institutes · Social media

Let the trainer's explainers do the introducing before the counsellor calls.

Social media marketing for an AI training institute means putting the trainer's real teaching on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram so a learner has watched them work before the first call. GullySales works on the posting plan, the formats and the link from each post to a demo registration.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For AI training institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A learner checks the trainer first”

Before the fee, the learner opens the trainer's LinkedIn and searches for talks. A profile with no teaching samples makes the trainer a name on a banner; a few clear explainers make them someone worth a Saturday.

  • “Tool hype posts attract the wrong crowd”

Posting about each new AI release draws viewers who will never join a batch. Posts that show a task being solved in a learner's own job draw those who might.

  • “Each platform finds a different learner”

LinkedIn reaches working professionals and company learning heads. Instagram reaches students and school families. YouTube reaches the learner already watching free lessons. One post pasted everywhere reaches none of them well.

What we do

What we deliver for AI training institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan by platform

What goes on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, who records it and which course each series supports.

Result: Each post is tied to a course and a registration link.

  2. Trainer explainer series

Short recorded walk-throughs of one task, such as cleaning a dataset or writing a good prompt.

Result: The series sits on a playlist a learner can binge before a demo.

  3. Learner project showcases, with consent

Projects shown with the learner's written permission and a note on what went wrong and was fixed.

Result: Each showcase carries a consent note on file.

  4. A comment and message routine

A rule for who answers questions under posts and how a serious question moves to a counsellor.

Result: Questions under a post reach a named person.

  5. Paid promotion as a separate scope

Boosts and ads planned with the media spend written out apart from GullySales time.

Result: Spend and fee appear on separate lines.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these AI training institutes.

  • Institutes teaching machine learning and data science with AI as the headline
  • Short-course institutes teaching prompt writing and everyday AI tools to professionals
  • Weekend batches for working software engineers moving into AI roles
  • Corporate batches run on a company's premises for staff teams
  • Institutes teaching AI to school students in holiday programmes
  • College partnerships where final-year students take the course as an add-on
  • Online-only AI academies with live classes and recorded sessions
  • AI courses for business owners and managers who do not code

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should the trainer post?
As much as the trainer can record without cutting into class prep. A short series kept up is better than a burst that stops. We agree a plan the trainer can keep.
Should students under eighteen appear in posts?
Only with a parent's written consent, and check your own adviser on rules for minors. If in doubt, show the work instead of the child.
Do likes lead to admissions?
Not by themselves. We tie posts to registrations and admissions so the numbers you look at are the ones that matter.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
