AI training institutes · Website

Give the learner a site that shows the syllabus, the trainer and a project.

A website for an AI training institute is where a learner checks the syllabus, the trainer and the projects before registering for a demo. GullySales works on page structure, course pages, the registration path and the speed at which the site loads on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For AI training institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The learner is on a phone at night”

Enquiries start after work on a small screen. A syllabus table that needs sideways scrolling or a form with a long list of fields loses the learner before the demo is booked.

  • “The homepage cannot carry every course”

A visitor looking for generative AI for office work should not need to wade through machine learning modules. Separate pages per course and per learner type let each visitor find theirs.

  • “Proof beats adjectives”

A page full of claims about expert training reads like every other institute. A trainer's profile, a project that opens and the actual hours of live teaching tell the learner something they can check.

What we do

What we deliver for AI training institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A homepage that routes by learner type

Entry points for professionals, students, managers and companies, each leading to the right course.

Result: A visitor reaches their course in one click.

  2. Course pages with a comparable layout

The same headings on every course: tools, projects, hours, trainer, who it suits and batch timings.

Result: Two courses can be read side by side.

  3. A project gallery page

Projects shown with consent, with the data used and a note on what was fixed.

Result: Each project can be opened and read.

  4. A registration path

A short form for the demo, with a confirmation that states the next step.

Result: The learner sees what happens after clicking.

  5. An outcomes page

A plain statement of what the institute does for careers and what it cannot promise.

Result: The page matches what counsellors say.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these AI training institutes.

  • Institutes teaching machine learning and data science with AI as the headline
  • Short-course institutes teaching prompt writing and everyday AI tools to professionals
  • Weekend batches for working software engineers moving into AI roles
  • Corporate batches run on a company's premises for staff teams
  • Institutes teaching AI to school students in holiday programmes
  • College partnerships where final-year students take the course as an add-on
  • Online-only AI academies with live classes and recorded sessions
  • AI courses for business owners and managers who do not code

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we rebuild or fix the current site?
Look at the course pages and the registration path first. If those can be repaired, fix them. If the structure blocks it, rebuild.
Do we need a learner login on the site?
Not for marketing. A learning portal is a separate product. The marketing site needs to bring people to a demo.
How do we keep prices current?
Keep the fee on one page and link to it from elsewhere. Where fees vary by batch, say so and show the date the page was last checked.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
