Banking exam coaching centres · WhatsApp marketing

Send the mock score and the batch details on the app every aspirant already uses.

WhatsApp marketing for a banking exam coaching centre is the use of WhatsApp Business to answer enquiries, send mock results and move an aspirant from a message to a counsellor call. GullySales works on the business profile, the replies and the consent behind every message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For banking exam coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Aspirants message first and expect a person to reply”

A graduate who sees your poster sends a message instead of filling a form. A greeting that asks which exam they are preparing for starts the conversation better than a fee list.

  • “A broadcast list is permission, not an entitlement”

An aspirant who gave their number for a mock did not agree to every batch promotion. Ask what they want to hear about, record the answer and honour a request to stop. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

  • “Study groups and business chats do different jobs”

A group of aspirants discussing doubts is a community; a one-to-one business chat is where a counsellor discusses a score and a fee. Mixing them exposes personal details and buries the useful messages.

  • “A catalogue and quick replies suit batches”

A batch has a name, timing, mock count and format, which fit a catalogue entry. Quick replies for the common questions leave the counsellor free to answer the rest properly.

What we do

What we deliver for banking exam coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. WhatsApp Business profile

Name, description, address, hours and a catalogue of batches, with a greeting and an away message for the hours when nobody answers.

Result: A first-time messenger sees what you teach and when someone replies.

  2. Mock result message

A message format that carries the section-wise score and an offer to talk, sent to those who sat the mock and agreed to be contacted.

Result: Each mock taker receives a result with a human next step.

  3. Quick replies for common questions

Approved answers on batch timings, mock series, live or recorded classes and the demo class, with a note on when to switch to a call.

Result: Counsellors answer routine questions in the centre's voice.

  4. Consent and opt-out record

A field in the CRM or sheet showing who agreed to messages, about what and when, and who asked to stop.

Result: You can show who agreed to be messaged, and about what.

  5. Notice-day message draft

A short message prepared for each exam, to go to opted-in aspirants when the notice appears.

Result: The message is approved before the notice, with only the dates left to add.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we add aspirants to a WhatsApp group?
Only with their agreement, and keep counsellor chats separate. Groups reveal every member's number to the others, so explain the purpose, set rules and name an admin. A one-to-one chat is the right place for scores and fees.
Can we use the ordinary WhatsApp app?
A business account is better: it gives a profile, a catalogue, quick replies and labels. Check the platform's current rules for businesses and its API options before planning bulk messages, since bulk sending from an ordinary account risks a ban.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
