Career counselling centres · Website

Give a parent the fee, the counsellors and the booking button on one clear site.

A website for a career counselling centre is where a parent decides whether the centre is independent, qualified and worth the fee. GullySales works on the pages, the booking route and the mobile experience for a family that arrives from a search or a message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For career counselling centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent looks for the fee first”

A site that hides the fee behind 'contact us' reads as evasive in a trade where independence is the doubt. A plain fee page, with what it covers, is the most persuasive page a counselling site can carry.

  • “The phone is the screen”

A parent opening the link from WhatsApp sees a small screen. If the booking form needs scrolling, zooming or a long login, the visit ends. The mobile page is the site, and the desktop page is the extra.

  • “The site must separate guidance from admission”

A visitor who cannot tell whether the centre sells seats will assume it does. The wording on the home page, the colleges page and the contact form should state the line clearly.

What we do

What we deliver for career counselling centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure for the main decisions

Pages for stream choice, course choice, career change, school programmes, counsellors, fees and contact.

Result: A parent reaches the right page in one tap.

  2. A fee and independence page

The fee, what it covers, whether any institution pays the centre and what the centre will not do.

Result: The page answers the first doubt a parent has.

  3. A mobile-first booking form

A short form with class, a preferred slot and a phone number, with confirmation on screen and by message.

Result: A parent can book from a phone without leaving the page.

  4. Counsellor and session pages

Training, age groups and a step-by-step view of a session and the written report.

Result: A parent can see who they will meet and what happens.

  5. Privacy and consent wording

A short notice on what is stored about a student and how a family can ask for it to be changed.

Result: A family knows how its details are handled.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be repaired?
If the structure is sound and the pages load on a phone, repair may be enough. If the fee and independence pages cannot be added, or the site is slow to open, a rebuild is the better use of effort.
Can we show student results and testimonials?
Only with written consent, and without marks or identifying details. Avoid language that suggests your guidance caused an outcome. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser before you publish.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
