Computer training institutes · Local SEO

Be the computer institute that shows up on the map near the bus stand.

Local SEO for a computer institute is the work of appearing on Google Maps and local results when someone nearby looks for computer classes. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, listings and the signals that tie your lab to your locality.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For computer training institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search is a place, not a course”

A learner who types computer classes near me wants a lab they can reach by walking or a short bus ride. Whether the map shows your institute decides the visit, long before anyone reads a course list.

  • “An out-of-date profile sends people to a locked door”

If the profile shows old timings or a closed phone line, a visitor arrives to find nothing. Holiday hours, batch changes and a moved entrance all belong on the profile the day they change.

  • “Photos of the lab do more than a description”

A visitor scrolls the photos before reading a word. Pictures of working machines, a trainer beside a beginner and the signboard show what the lab is. Photos of an empty room or a stock image count against you.

  • “Reviews arrive when someone asks”

Satisfied learners rarely think to write one. A polite request at the end of a course, with a link they can open on a phone, builds a record. Never offer a payment or gift for a review, and check the platform's current rules.

What we do

What we deliver for computer training institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up and clean-up

Name, address, business type, timings, course list and phone number checked and filled in fully.

Result: The profile matches the board outside the gate.

  2. Lab and trainer photo plan

A short list of the photographs to take, with permission from anyone shown, and where to post them.

Result: The profile carries pictures of the real lab.

  3. Listing consistency

The same name, address and number placed on the directories learners use, with duplicates found and merged.

Result: The institute appears the same way in every listing.

  4. Review request routine

A short script and a link given to learners at the end of a course, with replies written to each review.

Result: Every review has a reply, and the request becomes a habit at the desk.

  5. Locality pages

A page for each area the institute draws from, naming the route and the nearest landmark.

Result: A learner from a nearby ward finds a page that names their ward.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How do we get onto the map pack?
Fill the profile completely, keep it accurate, add real photos and collect honest reviews. Google decides who shows. We cannot promise a position, but a complete and accurate profile is the base every ranking starts from.
Can we show our batch timings on Google?
Yes. You can list opening hours and add posts or text about batches. Update them whenever a batch changes, since an old timing is worse than none. Check the profile's current options inside the Google dashboard.
What if a competitor leaves fake reviews?
Report them through Google's own process and keep a note of what you reported. Do not reply with a fake review of your own. A steady record of real reviews from your learners is the best answer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
