Computer training institutes · Social media

Show a parent the lab, the trainers and the work learners finish.

Social media marketing for a computer institute means using Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to show the lab, the teaching and the course content to families nearby. GullySales plans what to post, who it is for and how a comment turns into a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For computer training institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents scroll Facebook, learners scroll Instagram”

The person paying and the person learning are on different apps. A school leaver watches short videos, a parent reads Facebook and the neighbourhood groups. One post made for both reaches neither well.

  • “Showing the screen teaches more than a poster”

A thirty-second clip of a trainer fixing a formula in a spreadsheet, or a learner typing a letter, tells a parent what is taught. A poster with a course name tells only what is sold.

  • “Learner work is proof only with permission”

A finished document or a certificate photo makes strong content, but a learner's name, face or marks should appear only after they agree. Some are minors, so a parent's consent comes first.

  • “Comments and messages are unread leads”

A parent who asks the fee in a comment and gets no answer goes to the next institute. Every comment and direct message needs an owner and a reply routine, or the page is only decoration.

What we do

What we deliver for computer training institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Content plan for the lab

A list of post ideas drawn from the lab: a trainer demo, a batch timetable, a day in the course and a holiday camp notice.

Result: The page has a plan of posts the desk can shoot on a phone.

  2. Short-clip templates

A simple format for a short tip video, such as a keyboard shortcut or a formula, that a trainer can record in one take.

Result: A trainer knows how to record a clip without an editor.

  3. Parent and learner consent note

A one-page form for permission to show a learner's work or photo, with a separate line for minors.

Result: No learner appears in a post without a signed yes.

  4. Message reply routine

Saved replies for fee, batch time and certificate questions, and a rule for who answers and when.

Result: A comment asking about fees gets an answer from a named person.

  5. Seasonal calendar

Posts mapped to result weeks, holidays and recruitment notices.

Result: Each busy season has its posts ready beforehand.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a small institute start with?
Start where your learners already are. For a local institute that means Instagram for school leavers and a Facebook page for parents. Add YouTube only if a trainer is willing to record lessons. One platform kept up is better than four left empty.
Can we post learners' results?
Only with their consent, and a parent's consent for a minor. Avoid claims about jobs or marks that cannot be shown. Advertising rules differ for educational institutes and by state, so check with your own adviser before you promote results.
Should we run paid posts?
They can reach a nearby audience when set to your locality, but the register and reply routine must exist first. Check the platform's current rules for advertising education. We plan the audience and message, and you set the budget.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
