Dental colleges · Local SEO

Let a family near the campus find the dental hospital and the college on the map.

Local SEO for a dental college means making the college and its dental hospital easy to find, and easy to tell apart, when someone searches near the campus. GullySales works on the map profiles, the address details and the local pages that those searches reach.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For dental colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The college and the hospital are two places to a searcher”

A patient looking for a dental clinic and a Class 12 family looking for admission both type a dental college name into the map. If one profile serves both, the patient lands on admissions and the family lands on an outpatient desk. Separate, clearly named profiles send each to the right door.

  • “Visitors arrive at the wrong gate”

A campus with a hospital gate, an academic block and a hostel confuses a family on a first visit. Map pins, entry instructions and a named reception point for admissions visitors decide whether the visit begins calmly or with a phone call from the road.

  • “Reviews mix patient and student voices”

A review of a long outpatient wait sits beside a review about teaching. Both are read by the next family. A polite reply that stays within what the college can say publicly, and a clear route for the patient to reach the hospital, keeps the page honest.

  • “Neighbouring towns are the real catchment”

Students come from smaller cities within the state and outside it. A page that names the district, the nearest railway station and the bus route answers the practical question a family from another town asks before travelling.

What we do

What we deliver for dental colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Separate map profiles for college and hospital

Correct names, categories of service, opening hours and photographs for each, so that admissions and patient searches reach different places.

Result: Searching the college shows the admissions profile and searching the hospital shows the outpatient profile.

  2. A visitor arrival page

How to reach the admissions office from the station and the main road, which gate to use, where to park and whom to ask for.

Result: A family travelling from another town has directions that match the campus.

  3. A review reply routine

Replies written by the college for student and patient reviews, with a rule on what is never discussed in public.

Result: Each recent review has a respectful reply on record.

  4. Consistent address and contact details

A check that the name, address and phone number match across the website, map profiles and directories, with a list of mismatches.

Result: One agreed address block appears everywhere the college is listed.

  5. Local pages for source towns

Short pages for the districts and towns that send applicants, with travel notes and the next campus visit date.

Result: An applicant from a source town finds a page that names their town.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these dental colleges.

  • Private dental colleges with management and NRI quota seats
  • Dental colleges attached to a medical college
  • Dental colleges of deemed-to-be universities
  • Government dental colleges
  • Dental colleges with strong MDS departments
  • Dental colleges running public oral health camps
  • Colleges with teaching hospitals in smaller cities
  • Colleges serving students from outside the state

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we ask students and patients for Google reviews?
Yes, in an honest and optional way, and never in return for a reward. Check the platform's current rules for asking. We help the college draft a plain request and a reply routine. We do not remove genuine criticism.
Should the hospital's patient information be on the admissions profile?
No. Keep patient services on the hospital profile and admissions on the college profile. Marketing a hospital to patients follows different rules and is a separate piece of work from admissions.
Who should own the map profiles?
One named person at the college, with a second person as backup, using an official college account. A profile held by a former employee's personal login risks lost control when staff change.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
