Dental colleges · Social media

Show the clinic floor, the faculty and the alumni on the pages families already scroll.

Social media marketing for a dental college means using Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn to show how training is done and who does it, in a way a family can judge. GullySales works on what is posted, who approves it and how replies reach the admissions desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For dental colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents judge the college by the feed before the visit”

A parent who is a dentist scrolls through the college's page looking at equipment, sterilisation and supervision. Celebration photographs and festival greetings answer none of that. A feed of the clinical floor, with consent, answers the question before anyone calls.

  • “A student's story needs the student's say”

House surgeons and alumni are the people a nervous family believes. Their stories carry weight only when the person has agreed to the exact words and image, and says nothing about income or patient numbers.

  • “Comments carry admissions questions”

A family asks about fees or the hostel in a comment or a direct message. If nobody owns that inbox, the question sits unanswered under a polished post, and the public sees the silence.

  • “Patient privacy is the line not to cross”

A clinic photograph with a patient's face, chart or screen in view is a breach, however well meant. A written rule on what is shot, on which days, with whose consent, protects the college and the people in the picture.

What we do

What we deliver for dental colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan from the clinical floor

A list of post and film ideas drawn from the departments, equipment, sterilisation and teaching, each marked with who must approve it.

Result: Every planned post has an approver named beside it.

  2. A consent form for students, staff and alumni

A short form for use before any face, name or story is posted, with a line on where it will appear.

Result: No person appears in a post without a signed consent on file.

  3. Platform pages set up for admissions

Profile text, links and pinned posts on each platform pointing to the fee sheet and the enquiry form, in the college's own wording.

Result: A visitor to the profile can reach the admissions enquiry in one tap.

  4. An inbox routine for questions

Who answers comments and direct messages, what is answered in public and what is moved to a phone call, and where each question is logged.

Result: Every question received has a logged owner and status.

  5. Alumni and house surgeon series

A set of short posts and films from graduates and house surgeons about training, shot with consent and checked for claims.

Result: Each graduate post carries a consent record and an approver's initials.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these dental colleges.

  • Private dental colleges with management and NRI quota seats
  • Dental colleges attached to a medical college
  • Dental colleges of deemed-to-be universities
  • Government dental colleges
  • Dental colleges with strong MDS departments
  • Dental colleges running public oral health camps
  • Colleges with teaching hospitals in smaller cities
  • Colleges serving students from outside the state

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform should a dental college start with?
Start where your applicants and their parents already are. For BDS families that is Instagram and YouTube, and for MDS applicants LinkedIn adds weight. We look at where your own enquirers say they saw you before choosing.
Can we post before and after pictures of treatment?
Do not do this without written patient consent and a check against the rules for your profession and state. Treatment images carry real risk. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check each admissions claim with your own council or adviser before it goes live.
Will paid promotion on social platforms be needed?
Check the platform's current rules for education advertising before spending. A small amount aimed at counselling-season searchers can be tested once the organic posts show what families respond to.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
