Foreign language institutes · Social media

Show the language being learned, and let learners see themselves in the class.

Social media marketing for a language institute is regular posting on the platforms where students and young professionals already spend time, built around the language and the learner's goal. GullySales plans the content and the routes from a post to an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For foreign language institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A language is learned in small daily moments”

A learner remembers a phrase learned that day more than a promotion. Short posts that teach one useful phrase or correct one common mistake show how the teacher explains, and that is what a prospective learner is judging. The same clip shows the learner whether the class feels friendly or stiff, which a fee list cannot do.

  • “Each platform reaches a different learner”

Instagram and YouTube reach students and young professionals, while LinkedIn reaches those considering a posting abroad or a corporate course. One post copied across all of them suits none, so each platform needs its own cut of the same idea.

  • “A post with no way to enquire wastes the attention”

If a learner enjoys a clip and cannot tell which level to join or how to contact you, the interest ends there. Every post needs a plain next step, such as a message link or a link to the level page.

What we do

What we deliver for foreign language institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by language and goal

A calendar of post ideas grouped by language, level and the reason learners study.

Result: You always know what to post next.

  2. A set of repeatable post formats

Phrase of the day, common mistake, examination tip, and teacher introduction, each with a template.

Result: The team can produce posts without starting from nothing.

  3. Teacher-led short videos

Short clips with a teacher explaining one point, filmed to a simple outline.

Result: Prospective learners hear the teacher before enrolling.

  4. Enquiry links on every post

A message link or form tied to the post, so you know which content brought the enquiry.

Result: Enquiries can be traced to the post that started them.

  5. A content review

A look at which posts drew enquiries rather than likes.

Result: You repeat the formats that bring learners.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we post learner photos and results?
Only with the learner's clear permission, and never as a promise of what another learner will get. Education advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.
Which platform should we start with?
Start where your current learners already are. Ask the last batch how they found you, and begin there before adding another platform. Two platforms done well will serve you better than five done poorly.
Do we need paid promotion?
Not to begin. Regular useful posts and a clear enquiry link come first. Paid promotion helps once you know which language and level you want to fill. A small, steady budget is easier to judge than a large one spent without a clear batch to fill.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
