GATE coaching centres · Social media

Turn faculty reels and videos into a path to the demo class.

Social media marketing for a GATE coaching centre is the use of Instagram, YouTube and student groups to let aspirants see how the faculty teaches before they enquire. GullySales plans what is posted, where each post leads and how comments are answered.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For GATE coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The teacher is the product the aspirant is judging”

A student watches a faculty member solve a heat transfer problem and decides whether that way of explaining suits them. A post that shows the teaching tells the aspirant more than a poster of the batch dates.

  • “YouTube and Instagram do different jobs”

A long lecture on YouTube proves depth of teaching. A short reel on Instagram reminds the student that the centre exists. Posting the same clip on both without a purpose wastes the reach of each.

  • “Comments are enquiries in disguise”

A doubt under a video, such as 'is this topic in the paper', is a chance to answer in public and to invite the student to a demo. Left unanswered, the comment shows the next viewer that nobody is listening.

  • “Student groups reward answers, not adverts”

On a branch-wise group, an aspirant trusts the person who answers a doubt. A faculty member who explains a concept earns the next question, while a pasted fee list is ignored or removed.

What we do

What we deliver for GATE coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Branch-wise content calendar

A plan of topics for each stream, with the faculty member who will speak and the page each post links to.

Result: Every branch has posts of its own.

  2. Video ending templates

A short closing line and link for lectures and reels pointing to the right branch page.

Result: Each video ends with a way to enquire.

  3. Comment reply guide

Ready answers for common questions, with a rule on which ones move to WhatsApp.

Result: A comment gets a reply from a named person.

  4. Profile set-up

Bio, link and highlights for Instagram and YouTube, written for a student choosing a branch batch.

Result: The profile says what you teach and where to go next.

  5. Group participation notes

Guidance for faculty on answering doubts in student groups without pasting adverts.

Result: Your faculty are known for answers.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these GATE coaching centres.

  • Crash-course providers that run only the last few months

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do our faculty need to appear on camera?
The faculty member whose teaching convinces students should appear, since that is the proof. Where a teacher is unwilling, a voice over a solved problem on a board can still show the method.
Should we run paid posts on Instagram?
Paid posts suit the registration period and thin branches. Start with the posts that already draw questions, and check the platform's current rules for education advertisers.
Who owns the channel?
The centre does. Keep the login with the centre, not with one faculty member, so a change of staff does not take the channel away.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
