IIT-JEE coaching centres · Digital marketing

Plan the whole admission season so each rupee follows a seat, not a click.

Digital marketing for a JEE coaching centre combines search, social, WhatsApp and your website into one plan tied to the admission calendar. GullySales works on the plan, the channel mix and the tracking that links spend to counselling meetings and seats.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For IIT-JEE coaching centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The admission calendar is the plan”

Interest peaks after board results and before the new session. Spending evenly across the year puts money in the quiet months and thins it in the weeks that matter.

  • “Clicks are not the measure”

A campaign that brings thousands of visits and few completed registrations is an expensive brochure. The numbers to watch are registrations, meetings attended and seats filled.

  • “Seat limits should shape the ads”

Advertising a batch that is nearly full brings families you cannot take. The plan should reduce spend on a full programme and move it to one with room.

  • “Channels work as a chain”

A parent sees an Instagram post, searches the centre's name, opens the website, then asks on WhatsApp. If any link is weak, the chain breaks.

What we do

What we deliver for IIT-JEE coaching centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Season plan

A calendar of campaigns against results dates, test dates and batch starts, with a channel for each.

Result: The team knows what runs when.

  2. Channel mix and budget split

A reasoned split between search, social and referral work, based on your record of where seats came from.

Result: Spend follows evidence from your own admissions.

  3. Conversion tracking

Form fills, calls and WhatsApp clicks tracked back to the campaign that produced them.

Result: Each enquiry carries its source.

  4. Landing pages for campaigns

Pages built for one programme and one action, loading cleanly on a mobile.

Result: An ad leads to a page about the thing it advertised.

  5. Season review

A comparison of each channel's registrations, meetings and admissions at the close of the season.

Result: The next plan starts from what the record shows.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What budget does a JEE centre need?
That depends on the seats to fill and the cost of the average seat. We set a budget after reading your admission record, and we do not quote a figure before then.
Is Google or Instagram better?
Google catches families already searching. Instagram reaches students and parents before they search. A centre with a small budget starts with Google and the Business Profile.
Do we need an agency or can the centre do it?
A centre with someone who has the time and the skill can run part of it. We work with the team you have, and fill the gaps you name.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
