Medical colleges · Website

Build the site so a parent finds fees, recognition, hospital and hostel without phoning.

A medical college website is where a family checks the college's facts before they call, visit or pay. GullySales works on the page structure, the fee and recognition pages, the department and hospital pages, the enquiry form, and keeping every page dated and owned.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For medical colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents arrive on a phone”

A parent reading fee heads on a small screen needs tables that fit, readable text and a call-back button within reach. A site built only for a desktop browser sends the parent back to the agent.

  • “Fee and recognition pages must never go stale”

Each carries an as-on date, the source document and the owner's name. A page nobody owns drifts, and the drift reaches the desk as a family quoting last year's figures.

  • “Departments need one structure”

Each department page follows one pattern: what is taught, facilities, faculty the college approves and clinical exposure. A family comparing two colleges can then compare like with like.

  • “The enquiry form should ask the route first”

Asking whether the family is considering a government, management, NRI or postgraduate seat sends the enquiry to the correct person on the first try and shows the right document list on the thank-you page.

What we do

What we deliver for medical colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built from family questions

Pages arranged around what families ask the desk, not around the college's internal departments.

Result: Every common desk question has a page.

  2. Fee and recognition pages with dates and owners

Pages built from the approved sheet, each showing its as-on date, source and owner.

Result: Each page names who updates it.

  3. A department and hospital page template

One pattern for every department, filled only with facts the college has approved.

Result: Departments can be compared page to page.

  4. An enquiry form with the seat route

A short form that asks who is writing, the route and a time to speak, and sends the enquiry to the right desk.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with its route stated.

  5. A phone and speed check

A review of how pages load and read on a mid-range phone, including fee tables.

Result: A list of faults found, with those fixed marked.

  6. A page owner list

A sheet naming the person responsible for each page and the date it was last checked.

Result: No page lacks an owner.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the fee table be on the website?
Only the figures the management approves, with the date and a note that rules differ by state and regulator. The college confirms every figure before publication and updates it when it changes.
Can we publish recognition documents on the website?
Publish what the college is entitled to share, with dates, and link to the regulator's own notice for anything beyond. Do not summarise recognition in a way that goes beyond the documents. Your own adviser confirms what may be shown.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
