Nursing colleges · Social media

Use social media to show the ward, the hostel and the people families will trust.

Social media marketing for a nursing college is the steady posting of real campus, hospital and hostel life where students and parents spend time. GullySales plans what is shown, who is asked for consent and how replies are handled.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For nursing colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The student scrolls, the parent decides”

A student finds the college on Instagram or YouTube, but the parent chooses. Posts that only show events please the student. Posts that show the hostel gate, the mess and the clinical ward answer the parent.

  • “Patients and wards cannot be filmed freely”

Clinical training takes place in a hospital with patients. Filming a ward, a patient or a procedure without the hospital's written permission is a privacy risk. Skill-lab practice on mannequins and classroom sessions are safer to show.

  • “A student's face needs the student's yes”

A photograph used in an advertisement needs written consent, and for a student under eighteen, the guardian's. Events like lamp-lighting and graduation days make good posts when consent is collected at the door.

  • “Language decides who sees the post”

A Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu or Hindi caption reaches families that an English-only page misses. The same short video with captions in the home language of each region costs little extra and is read.

What we do

What we deliver for nursing colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on real campus life

A list of post ideas drawn from the skill lab, the library, the hostel, festivals and the principal's messages, agreed with the college.

Result: The college has a ready list of what to photograph and post.

  2. A consent and permission sheet

A simple form for students, guardians and the hospital, kept by the admission office.

Result: No photograph or video goes out without a signed record.

  3. Short videos in the home language

Outlines for brief videos in the languages of your recruiting districts, presented by the principal or the warden.

Result: Families hear about the college in their own language.

  4. Reply handling

Wording for comments and direct messages, with a rule that fee and admission questions move to the admission desk.

Result: Questions on social media reach a named person.

  5. Platform choice by audience

A recommendation on which platforms the students use and which the parents use, based on your own enquiry sources.

Result: Effort goes to the platforms your families actually use.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these nursing colleges.

  • Colleges offering B.Sc Nursing attached to a private teaching hospital
  • GNM schools of nursing run by a trust or a mission hospital
  • ANM and auxiliary nursing programmes
  • Post-basic B.Sc and M.Sc Nursing departments
  • Nursing colleges inside a multi-faculty health sciences university
  • Colleges that take a large share of their students from other states
  • Charitable and religious trust colleges with a long local name
  • New nursing colleges still waiting for their first full batch to graduate

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post our students' results or placements?
Only facts you can back with documents, and names or photographs only with written consent. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser before publishing outcome claims.
Who should run the page, our staff or you?
The college keeps ownership of the accounts. GullySales plans and drafts the posts, and a named person at the college approves them, because only your office knows what may be shown.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
