Nursing colleges · Website

Build a college website that answers a parent's questions before they call.

A website for a nursing college is the page set that carries the course, fee, hospital, hostel and contact details a family reads before deciding to visit. GullySales designs it for a parent on a phone and for the admission desk that has to maintain it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For nursing colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent opens it on a phone, on mobile data”

A heavy home page with a slider and a video that never loads sends the parent back to the search results. Plain text, small images and a call button at the top keep the family on the page.

  • “The fee and eligibility must be on a page, not in a download”

A family who has to download a brochure to learn the fee will give up. Fee in rupees, eligibility and duration written on the course page answer the first question at once.

  • “The hospital is the strongest proof and the least shown”

Parents want to see where students train. A page with the hospital's name, the departments students rotate through and photographs taken with permission does more than a general statement of quality.

  • “An old admission page is a wrong promise”

Last year's dates and fees left online confuse families and create arguments at the desk. Each programme page should carry its current figures, and old versions should be removed or marked clearly.

What we do

What we deliver for nursing colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Programme pages

A page for each of B.Sc Nursing, GNM, post-basic and M.Sc with eligibility, duration, fee and recognition wording the college has confirmed.

Result: A parent finds the fee and eligibility on one page.

  2. Hospital and hostel pages

Descriptions and permitted photographs of the teaching hospital, hostel, mess and gate rules.

Result: Safety and training questions are answered in writing.

  3. Mobile-first design and speed

A light layout, readable text and click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons, tested on ordinary phones.

Result: The site works on the devices families really use.

  4. Enquiry forms linked to the CRM

Short forms that carry programme and source into the admission list.

Result: Every web enquiry arrives labelled and assigned.

  5. An update guide for the admission office

A short guide so staff can change dates and fees without a developer.

    Result: Current figures stay current.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these nursing colleges.

  • Colleges offering B.Sc Nursing attached to a private teaching hospital
  • GNM schools of nursing run by a trust or a mission hospital
  • ANM and auxiliary nursing programmes
  • Post-basic B.Sc and M.Sc Nursing departments
  • Nursing colleges inside a multi-faculty health sciences university
  • Colleges that take a large share of their students from other states
  • Charitable and religious trust colleges with a long local name
  • New nursing colleges still waiting for their first full batch to graduate

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website be in more than one language?
If your families read Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu or Hindi, yes for the core pages: programmes, fee, hostel and contact. We suggest starting with the language of your largest recruiting district.
Who owns the website and domain?
The college. The domain and hosting are registered in the college's name, with access shared with GullySales only while we work on it, and we hand over every login when we finish.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
