Polytechnic colleges · Website

Build a site that answers the diploma family on a phone, in their own language.

A website for a polytechnic college is where a family checks the branches, the fee, the hostel and how to apply. GullySales designs and writes it for phones, local language and plain facts, and makes no promise about traffic or admissions.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For polytechnic colleges

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone”

A student or parent opens the site on a small screen with a weak signal. Heavy sliders and large files fail them before the branch list loads.

  • “The fee is hard to find”

A family who cannot see the fee, the hostel cost and the documents needed will phone, or leave. A clear page saves the office repeated calls and builds trust.

  • “The site is in English alone”

A parent who reads Kannada or Telugu more easily cannot judge the college from an English-only page. They ask a neighbour instead.

  • “There is no way to apply or enquire”

A site that shows photos but no form, no click-to-call and no map sends the visitor away. The next step must always be one tap.

What we do

What we deliver for polytechnic colleges.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Branch and admission pages

A page for each branch and one for the admission steps, with fee, eligibility and dates as plain text.

Result: A family can find every basic fact without calling.

  2. Local-language version

The main pages written in the local language by a native writer, not machine-translated.

Result: A parent reads the site comfortably.

  3. Enquiry form with click-to-call

A short form, a call button and a WhatsApp link on every page.

Result: The next step is one tap from any page.

  4. Lateral entry page

A separate page for ITI holders and Class 12 students about second-year entry.

Result: Second-year buyers have a page written for them.

  5. Mandatory disclosures page

A place for the information the department or the council requires you to publish.

Result: Required information sits in one place that families can find.

  6. Mobile speed review

A check of page weight and loading on an ordinary phone connection.

Result: The site opens on the phones your families use.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you update our existing website instead of rebuilding?
Sometimes. If the site can hold plain text branch pages and loads on a phone, we work with it. If not, we explain what has to change.
Who maintains the site after launch?
Your staff can manage the content once trained, or we can maintain it under a written agreement. We give you logins in the college's name.
What must we publish for the department?
Requirements differ by state and by the body that recognises you. Check the current list with the department and your own adviser, and we will give it a clear place on the site.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
