Professional certification institutes · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the candidate comparing batches, not the one hunting for free dumps and PDFs.

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising for a certification institute buys the top of the search results when a candidate types a credential, a city and a mode. GullySales builds campaigns by credential, blocks the free-material and job searches, and counts paid enrolments instead of form fills.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For professional certification institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Free-material searches eat the budget”

Searches for free PDFs, previous papers and braindumps carry the credential name and cost the same per click as a buyer's search. They come from people who do not want a class.

  • “Job seekers and trainers search the same words”

PMP jobs, CFA salary and trainer vacancies match your keywords. Without blocks, the careers-curious and the faculty applicants click your ads.

  • “A batch date makes the ad stale”

An ad for a batch that began last week still shows a start date and pays for clicks on a closed intake. Dates and seats left must change with the batch.

What we do

What we deliver for professional certification institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by credential and mode

Separate campaigns for ACCA, US CMA, PMP, Six Sigma and cloud certifications, with classroom, online and weekend batches kept apart.

Result: Budget follows the batch that still has seats.

  2. Block lists built for certification search

Free, PDF, dumps, previous papers, login, results, jobs, salary, trainer vacancies and certificate verification excluded before launch, then added to from the search terms report.

Result: Clicks come from people still choosing a class.

  3. Landing pages per credential with batch dates

The ad lands on the credential page with eligibility, the next batch, the fee split and a demo booking form asking for the candidate's degree or years of experience.

Result: The counsellor rings knowing whether the candidate is eligible.

  4. Spend timed to batch starts and registration closes

Budget raised before a batch begins and before registration closes at the certifying body, and paused when a batch is full.

Result: Money is spent while the choice is open and seats remain.

  5. Paid enrolments traced to the ad

Each ad enquiry followed through demo attendance to a fee receipt, against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You see the cost of an enrolment, not the cost of a click.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

Which searches a certification institute should pay for, and which to keep out.

Credential, city and mode, such as PMP course in Pune online
Bid. Land on the PMP page with the next batch date, whether classes are live, the fee split and a demo booking form asking for years of project experience.
Fresher pathway, such as ACCA after B.Com
Bid. Land on the pathway page with the papers, the exemptions as the body states them and the fee split. Ask the form for degree and year so the counsellor speaks to the right person.
Comparison, such as best institute for CFA in Mumbai
Bid with care. Candidates compare in these searches, so land on a page showing trainer credentials and the basis of your results claim. A bare homepage loses to the portals.
Free PDF, dumps, previous papers and exam tricks
Block. These come from people studying alone and cost the same per click as buyers. Read the search terms report in the first days of every campaign and add what you find.
Jobs, salary, trainer vacancies and certificate verification
Block. A person checking a certificate or hunting a job is not buying a class. Send trainer applicants to a careers page on your own site, never through paid clicks.
Counting a real enquiry
Count a form with the credential, the candidate's background and a number that answers, or a call long enough to talk. Mark each in the record as demo attended, enrolled or lost, with the reason.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on our own institute's name?
Yes, in a small separate campaign. A rival institute can bid on your name, and a candidate who heard of you from a colleague should reach your page, not theirs. Keep its figures apart so they do not flatter the rest.
Can we use the certifying body's name, such as PMP or ACCA, in our ads?
Search platforms and certifying bodies both have trademark rules for ads, and the rules change, so check the platform's current policy and your partner agreement. Even where it is allowed, say plainly that you teach the course and never imply the body endorses you.
Are call-only ads worth running?
Working professionals search after office hours, when nobody is at the desk, so a form or a WhatsApp button suits them better. Use call ads for fresher and parent searches in the hours the desk is staffed, to a number someone answers.
How do we tell which ad led to a paid enrolment?
Tag the ad link, the landing page and the phone number so each enquiry carries its source, and have the counsellor log the demo attended and the fee paid. Then match fee receipts to sources when each batch closes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
