Software training institutes · Website

Build a site that shows what a learner makes, who teaches and how to join.

A website for a software training institute is the place a learner checks the course, the trainer and the batch before booking a demo. GullySales works on the structure, the course pages and the forms so that a visitor can decide and act.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For software training institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A list of course names tells a learner nothing”

The visitor wants to know what they will build, who teaches and how a class runs. A site that shows these answers a question the brochure does not.

  • “Trainer pages carry weight”

A profile with the trainer's work history, tools taught and a sample lesson lets a learner judge the teaching before the demo.

  • “Mobile is the main screen”

Learners browse on a phone and may share the page on WhatsApp with a parent. Slow pages, tiny text and a form of twelve fields lose them.

  • “Placement language needs care”

A page that promises jobs invites refunds and complaints. A plain page describing the support actually given reads as more honest and sets the right expectation.

What we do

What we deliver for software training institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A layout with one page per course, trainer pages, a support page, a fee page and a demo booking page.

Result: Every course and trainer has a page of its own.

  2. Course page build

Pages showing topics, project, tools, trainer and batch options.

Result: Each page names the project a learner builds.

  3. Honest support page

A clear description of resume work, mock interviews, project review and any introductions arranged.

Result: The support page matches what counsellors say.

  4. Short demo booking form

A form asking name, phone, course and preferred slot.

Result: A visitor can book a demo in a few fields.

  5. Mobile and speed check

A review of how the site loads and reads on a phone.

Result: The site has been checked on a phone, with fixes listed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these software training institutes.

  • Classroom institutes in IT hubs such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune
  • Online and hybrid software course providers
  • Institutes for non-IT graduates changing careers
  • Software testing and QA training institutes
  • Full stack and web development bootcamps
  • Cloud and DevOps training institutes
  • Weekend courses for working IT professionals
  • Institutes that teach in a college as a campus programme

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can you fix ours?
It depends on the structure. If your pages can hold a page per course and a trainer profile, we improve them. If not, we rebuild.
Should the fee be on the site?
Learners look for it and leave if it is absent. State the fee or the range and the instalment options plainly, and explain what it includes.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
