Spoken English institutes · Digital marketing

Plan search, social and WhatsApp as one route from a search to a seat.

Digital marketing for a spoken English institute joins search, maps, social media, ads and messaging into one route from a learner's first look to the first class. GullySales picks the parts that suit the institute's size and builds them in order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For spoken English institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels work as a chain”

A learner sees a reel, searches the institute's name, reads the Google profile and then sends a WhatsApp message. If one link is weak, such as a profile with wrong timings, the chain breaks at that point.

  • “Start with the batch that has empty seats”

Effort pointed at a batch that is already full is wasted. The plan begins with the batch the owner needs filled first, and everything points at it. Posts, the Google profile, ads and the first reply all name that batch, so a learner meets the same offer wherever they look.

  • “Ad money needs a reply routine first”

A paid ad that brings messages at night, answered the next afternoon, buys silence. The routine for replying comes before the budget. Decide who answers, in which languages and by what time of day, then spend on ads only when that is working.

  • “Local reach beats broad reach”

A spoken English class serves people within a short distance, or learners on an online batch. An ad aimed at the whole city pays for people who will never attend. Naming the roads, colleges and workplaces within easy reach spends the budget on learners who can actually get to the room.

What we do

What we deliver for spoken English institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan for the institute

A plan that names which channels suit the institute's size, in what order, and who runs each one.

Result: The owner can read the plan on one page.

  2. Landing page per batch

A page for the batch being promoted, with the details and one clear message button.

Result: Each campaign leads to a page about that batch.

  3. Hyperlocal ad set-up

Ads on Meta and Google aimed at the roads, colleges and workplaces near the institute.

Result: The ad targeting lists the areas chosen.

  4. Enquiry source tracking

A record so the owner sees which channel brought the enquiry that became an admission.

Result: Every admission is traced to a source.

  5. Review of what to stop

A reading of the results to stop spending on channels that bring enquiries that never join.

Result: A list of channels kept, changed and dropped.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend on ads?
Decide the sum from the fee, the seats to fill and what you can afford to lose while testing. We do not set a figure without seeing your numbers, and we never promise a number of enquiries.
Do we need every channel?
No. A single branch may need only the Google profile, WhatsApp and one social page. Add a channel when the earlier ones are being answered and the team has room to take more.
What do we need to run ads on Meta or Google?
A business page or profile, a working landing page or message link, and an account in the institute's name. Check each platform's current rules for education advertisers before the first ad goes live.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
