Swimming academies · Social media

Show parents the water, the supervision and the progress before they ring.

Social media marketing for a swimming academy is the posting that lets a parent see the pool, the instructors and the way a lesson runs. GullySales works on what to show, what to leave out, and how to turn a profile visit into an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For swimming academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Children in the picture need the parents' written yes”

A lovely photograph of a child in the pool is also a privacy matter. Parents differ on what they agree to, so consent is written down, kept and checked before anything is posted.

  • “A post of a clean pool does more than a post of a trophy”

Parents scrolling the feed want to see ordinary evidence: the water, the lane ropes, the lifeguard chair, the changing room. Competitive medals matter only to the squad families.

  • “The posting calendar follows the batches, not the festivals”

An academy gains little from a post for every festival. Posts about open places, a new batch starting, a level exam or a holiday camp give a parent something to act on.

  • “Direct messages are enquiries and need an owner”

A parent who messages the profile expects an answer from someone who knows the batch sheet. Without a named person and a standard reply, the message sits unread.

What we do

What we deliver for swimming academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A consent record for photographs and clips

A simple form and register recording which families agree to what, so the person posting can check before a picture goes up.

Result: Nobody posts a child without a written yes.

  2. A content plan built from the batch sheet

Posts tied to places open, new levels, camp dates and instructor introductions, drawn up before each term begins.

Result: Every post points to something a parent can book.

  3. Short clips of the lesson format

Clips showing a warm-up, a drill and the instructor working with a small group, shot so that individual children are not identifiable.

Result: A parent sees how a lesson runs.

  4. A message handling routine

Standard replies for the questions asked every day, a named person responsible and a link to the trial request form.

Result: Messages are answered and logged as enquiries.

  5. A profile that links to booking

A profile description, link and pinned post that point to the trial request, with the safety page one tap away.

Result: A visit to the profile has a clear next step.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these swimming academies.

  • Swimming academies with their own pool
  • Academies hiring club or apartment pools
  • Learn-to-swim schools for children
  • Adult swimming programmes
  • Competitive swimming squads
  • Aqua fitness and therapy programmes

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should an academy start with?
Start with where local parents already look, which in India is Instagram and a Facebook page, alongside WhatsApp. Choose one or two and do them properly.
Should instructors appear in posts?
Yes, with their agreement. Parents want to know who teaches the children. Introduce each instructor with their qualification and their role, stated as it is on their certificates.
Do we run paid promotion?
Only for batches with places open, and only after checking the platform's current rules on advertising to families. Paid posts for full batches waste budget and disappoint the parents who respond.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
