Swimming academies · Website

Build a site that answers the safety question and books the trial in a few taps.

A website for a swimming academy is the place where a parent checks the batches, the safety arrangements and the way to book a trial. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the booking route so that a phone visit ends in an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For swimming academies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The safety answer belongs near the top”

A parent arrives with one worry. If the ratio, the lifeguard cover and the water care are buried, the visit ends. The answer sits where the parent looks first, in plain words.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, between tasks”

The visit comes from a phone, at a school gate or in a queue. A heavy page, small buttons or a long form lose the parent before the trial is requested.

  • “Batch pages that go out of date cause damage”

A page showing a batch that has closed or a timing that has changed sends a parent to the wrong gate at the wrong hour. Each page needs a date and an owner.

  • “A site with no photographs of the pool feels unsafe”

Without pictures of the water, the poolside and the changing area, a parent imagines the worst. Clear photographs of the real place settle the question faster than description.

What we do

What we deliver for swimming academies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A batch and level structure

Pages for beginners, levels, adults, ladies-only batches, squads and camps, each stating age, timing, group size and how to ask for a trial.

Result: A parent finds the right batch without a call.

  2. A safety page

Instructor-to-child ratios, lifeguard cover, supervision, water testing and cleaning, written as practised and shown with photographs of the real pool.

Result: The first question is answered on the page.

  3. A trial request form

A short form with the parent's name, the child's age, the preferred batch and a number, with a confirmation message.

Result: The enquiry reaches the front desk with what they need.

  4. Phone-first design and speed

Large buttons, a tap-to-call and tap-to-message option, and a check that pages open cleanly on a mobile connection.

Result: A parent can book from the phone in hand.

  5. Pages that connect to the listing

The site details match the listing and messaging number exactly, so a parent sees the same information everywhere.

    Result: Nothing contradicts anything else.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Swimming academies with their own pool
  • Academies hiring club or apartment pools

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment on the site?
Not at the start. A trial request and a call back suit a small academy. Add payment when the enrolment routine is stable and you have checked the payment provider's current rules.
Who updates the site when timings change?
A named person at the academy, with our help in setting up simple edits. The batch pages carry a checked-on date so staleness is visible.
Should the site show fees?
That is your decision. Parents compare, and a clear fee saves time on both sides, but some academies prefer a conversation. Whichever you choose, the policy should be the same on the site and at the desk.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
