Coaching centres and tutors · Website

Give each course its own page, with the teacher on show and a demo parents can book.

A website for a coaching centre is where a parent or student checks the course, the teacher and the fee before they visit. GullySales builds pages around your courses and teachers, and sets up the booking step so a visit starts from a clear question.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For coaching centres and tutors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A homepage of toppers does not answer the parent's question”

The parent wants to know who teaches Class 10 maths, how big the batch is and what happens when the child struggles. Rank photographs answer none of that and invite doubts about whether the results shown are real.

  • “A single page for all courses buries the one the visitor wants”

A parent searching for CBSE Class 9 science tuition in a locality lands on a list of twenty programmes and leaves. One page per course answers the search and gives a place to describe the batch honestly.

  • “Teachers are the product, and the site hides them”

Parents choose the person at the board. A profile with subjects taught, qualifications and a short sample lesson shows more than a banner. Some centres list only a phone number and a course name.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone and want a clear way to act”

A parent reading on a mobile needs a tap-to-call button, a WhatsApp link and a simple demo booking form. A page that loads slowly or hides the contact details costs the enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for coaching centres and tutors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Course and exam pages

One page per major course with batch timings, syllabus outline, board followed, batch size, fee structure and the demo booking step.

Result: Each course search can land on a page that answers it.

  2. Teacher profiles

A profile per teacher with subjects, qualifications, teaching experience as the teacher states it, and a short lesson clip where the teacher agrees.

Result: A parent can judge the person before the visit.

  3. Demo and counselling booking

A short form asking for the child's class, board, course and a convenient slot, connected to your enquiry record.

Result: Bookings arrive with the details a counsellor needs.

  4. Results and reviews section built with care

A section that shows only checkable results, used with consent and within current coaching advertisement rules, plus reviews the family agreed to share.

Result: Claims on the site can be explained if anyone asks.

  5. Location, contact and fee clarity

Map, directions, timings, fee instalment options and contact buttons laid out for a phone screen.

Result: A visitor can reach or visit the centre without searching further.

  6. Basic search set-up and analytics

Page titles, descriptions and tracking of form submissions and calls, so you can see which course pages bring enquiries.

Result: You see which pages lead to bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The site needs a page for each exam, written for the question a parent actually types.

NEET coaching near me with demo class
A course page for the exam with the teachers, the batch timings and a demo booking button, matching the search as the parent typed it.
Class 10 maths tuition [locality]
A subject page for the board and class, with the teacher's name and a short description of how the batch is taught.
IELTS coaching centre fees
A page that explains how the fee is set and what the course includes, without comparing to others.
[centre] teachers and experience
A teacher page with each teacher's subject, classes taught and years as the teacher states them. The product is the teacher.
study abroad counselling for engineering
A page for the overseas counselling service naming the countries advised on, with a booking route for the first meeting.

Who it is for

This is written for these coaching centres and tutors.

  • School tuition centres for CBSE, ICSE and state boards
  • Home tutors and individual subject teachers
  • JEE and NEET entrance coaching institutes
  • State entrance coaching for KCET, MHT CET and similar exams
  • Government exam coaching for UPSC, state PSC, bank and SSC exams
  • Commerce coaching for CA, CS and CMA foundation levels
  • Language, spoken English and IELTS or PTE coaching centres
  • Study abroad and overseas education consultants
  • College admission and career counselling advisers
  • Online and hybrid tutoring businesses

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The centre wants the home page to be topper photographs, and that needs consent and the centre's own advice before any rank claim.
  • No one can update batch dates, so the site would show closed batches as open.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can we fix the old one?
Look at what the site does now. If a parent can find a course, a teacher and a booking form, edit what is there. If the site cannot be changed easily, rebuilding is simpler than patching it.
Should the fee be on the website?
Parents ask first about the fee. Showing the structure, even as a range or with a note on instalments, saves both sides a call. The choice is yours, and we help you word it plainly.
Can we show topper photographs?
Only with the student's consent, and only with results you can prove. Advertising rules for coaching differ by state and by authority, so check the current position with your own adviser before publishing.
Can the site show the batch seats left?
Only if someone updates the figure whenever a seat is taken. A wrong figure sends a parent to a full batch and loses trust. If the centre cannot update it, say that seats are limited and ask the parent to call the desk.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
