Cooperative banks · Website

Give each scheme and each branch a page a member's family can read on a phone.

A website for a cooperative bank is the public record of its branches, schemes and contact points, read mostly on a phone by members and their families. GullySales builds or repairs it so scheme pages are clear, branch details are right and your own staff can update it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For cooperative banks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site was built for the board, not the member”

Some bank sites open with the chairman's message and a long about page. The member's son wants the gold loan documents and the nearest branch timings. Those belong on the first screen.

  • “A phone is the main screen”

Members and their children open the site on a phone, sometimes on a slow connection. Large PDFs and heavy banners fail there. Short pages with the phone number as a tap-to-call link work better.

  • “Branch details go out of date first”

A branch moves, a manager is transferred, the afternoon break changes. If only a vendor can edit the site, the error stays for months. Staff who know the facts need a simple way to correct them.

  • “A site that holds member data carries a duty”

A loan enquiry form collects names and phone numbers. The bank must say what it does with them, store them safely and let the member ask for removal. Choose forms and hosting your IT head can answer for.

What we do

What we deliver for cooperative banks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that answers the first questions

Branch finder, scheme links, contact and the mobile banking help, ahead of the chairman's message.

Result: A visitor finds a scheme or a branch in two taps.

  2. Scheme pages with documents to carry

One page for each deposit and loan, with eligibility, documents and the branch to meet.

Result: A family knows what to carry before they travel.

  3. Branch pages with live details

Address, map, timings including the break, phone, ATM and locker details for each branch.

Result: The nearest branch's details are correct.

  4. An enquiry form that reaches the branch

A short form for loan and account enquiries that goes to the branch manager and is logged in the enquiry register.

Result: Every online enquiry has an owner.

  5. Staff editing and a rate page

A simple way for named staff to update branch details and approved rates, with a note of who last changed each page.

Result: The bank can correct a page without waiting for a vendor.

  6. Language versions and a privacy note

Pages in English and the local language, and a plain statement of what the bank does with the details a visitor enters.

Result: A visitor reads the site in their language and knows how their details are used.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these cooperative banks.

  • Urban cooperative banks serving traders and salaried families in one city
  • Multi-branch urban cooperative banks across a few districts
  • District central cooperative banks working with societies and farmers
  • Employees' cooperative banks and credit societies attached to one large employer
  • Souharda sahakari credit cooperatives and other state-registered credit societies, which are not banks
  • Cooperative banks with a strong gold loan and vehicle loan book
  • Banks with a mostly senior citizen deposit base
  • Banks adding digital services and a first mobile app

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the site show our deposit and loan rates?
Yes, if your compliance officer and the board approve and a named person keeps the page current. Advertising rules differ by state and regulator, so check with your own adviser.
Should the site offer net banking login?
Login belongs on the bank's banking platform, supplied by its technology partner. Our site links to it clearly and does not collect passwords or account credentials.
Do we need to rebuild the whole site?
Not if the present one loads on a phone and your staff can edit it. We audit it first and say what to keep, what to rewrite and what to replace.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
