Loan distribution agencies · Local SEO

Make your office the one a borrower sees when they search for a loan nearby.

Local SEO for a loan agency means your branch appears on the map and in town-specific searches when a borrower looks for a loan office nearby. GullySales builds the profile, the town pages and the review routine around the office a borrower can walk into.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For loan distribution agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Borrowers in smaller towns want an office they can visit”

A salaried staff member in Tumakuru will not hand over salary slips to a stranger on a call. An address, a signboard in a photograph and a landline-style contact reassure the borrower before the first conversation.

  • “A profile with the wrong business type and hours loses calls”

Listing the agency as a bank or leaving the opening hours stale sends borrowers to the wrong door. A distributor should be listed accurately as a loan agency, with the products it handles named.

  • “Reviews on a regulated service need care”

A borrower's review can mention a rate or an approval, which you cannot control. Ask for honest feedback on how the team behaved and keep every reply free of outcome claims.

  • “Several branches fight each other”

Two offices in neighbouring towns sharing one profile or one page confuse both borrowers and search. Each branch needs its own profile and its own town page with its own contact.

What we do

What we deliver for loan distribution agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business Profile set-up for each branch

A listing per office with address, hours, loan products handled and photographs of the signboard and the seating area.

Result: Each branch shows correct details on the map.

  2. Town and locality pages

Pages for the towns and localities around each branch, naming the employers, markets and trades the field team actually works with.

Result: Each page carries facts from that branch, not a copied template.

  3. Citation clean-up

A check of how the agency name, address and phone appear on directories and a correction of the mismatches.

Result: The same name and address appear everywhere the agency is listed.

  4. A review request routine

A short message the executive sends after a file closes, asking for feedback on service, with a reply guide that avoids outcome and rate talk.

Result: Executives know when to ask and how to reply.

  5. Map and call tracking

A record of calls and direction requests from each profile, matched against files opened.

Result: You can compare branches on enquiries that become files.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Agencies attached to a single NBFC or housing finance company

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we list our home as the office?
Only if borrowers are not sent there against the platform's current rules. A profile for a place nobody can visit invites removal. Use a real office address or ask the platform what it allows for service-area businesses.
Do we need a separate website per branch?
No. One site with a page per branch and town is easier to keep accurate. Each branch still needs its own profile so the map shows the nearest office.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
