Vehicle loan providers · Content marketing

Write the answers a buyer needs before walking into a showroom.

Content marketing for a vehicle loan provider is the set of guides, checklists and explainers that answer what a buyer or a dealer asks before a file is opened. GullySales writes them from your own credit policy and the questions your desk hears.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For vehicle loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The desk already knows the questions”

Your executives hear the same questions: which papers, what age of vehicle, what if there is no ITR. Those questions, answered once in writing, are the content, and no outside topic list matches them.

  • “A guide that hedges loses the dealer”

Showroom staff read a guide to find a yes or a no for a particular buyer. A page that circles the answer sends them back to the lender who states it plainly.

  • “Used and commercial buyers read more before deciding”

A used vehicle buyer wants to know how the vehicle is valued. A truck operator wants to know how income is read. Long answers on these two earn the call, where a short brochure line does not.

  • “Old content misleads”

A policy change leaves old guides on the site saying the previous rule. Every guide needs an owner and a check against the current credit policy, or it hands the desk the wrong conversation.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Question bank from your desk

A list of the questions dealers and buyers ask, collected from the executives and the tele-callers before any writing begins.

Result: The content list comes from real questions.

  2. Document guides by vehicle

A guide per vehicle type that lists the papers, what each is for and what to do if one is missing.

Result: A buyer and an executive read the same list.

  3. Explainers for used and commercial loans

Pieces on vehicle age, valuation and how income is assessed for operators, reviewed by your credit team.

Result: The harder questions have a written answer.

  4. Dealer handbook

A short handbook for showroom staff on submitting a file, reading a rejection and the payout steps.

Result: New dealer staff have something to read.

  5. Content review list

A register of each guide with its owner and the date it was last checked against policy.

Result: Nothing stays live after a policy has changed.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many guides do we need?
One for each question that your desk answers more than once. We begin with the vehicle types that bring the largest share of files and add from the desk's list.
Who signs off the content?
Your credit head approves the policy statements and your compliance head approves the wording. Advertising rules for lenders differ by product and change, so check every wording with your compliance head or adviser.
Do we need video?
Only where a screen helps, such as showing how to photograph documents. Written checklists answer the document questions, and a short video can sit beside them in the language your branch uses.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
