Vehicle loan providers · WhatsApp marketing

Run the dealer desk and the buyer conversation on the chat they already use.

WhatsApp marketing for a vehicle loan provider is the use of chat for dealer groups, document collection and buyer replies, with consent for every contact. GullySales sets up the numbers, the groups and the message wording around your credit and compliance rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For vehicle loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The showroom runs on chat”

Executives ask short questions on WhatsApp, not by email. A lender with a group that answers the executive gains the desk where a lender with only a portal login does not.

  • “Buyers send documents as photographs”

A buyer will photograph an Aadhaar copy or an RC on the phone and send it on chat. The lender needs a clear way to receive those, and a rule on how they are stored.

  • “A broadcast is not a conversation”

Sending the same offer to every contact brings blocks and complaints. Messages should reach people who agreed to receive them, in the language they use.

  • “One shared number loses track”

If five executives answer from one phone with no record, a buyer repeats the story every time. Chats need to be linked to the file in the CRM.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Dealer WhatsApp groups

Groups for each branch area with a pinned document list, a contact person and a rule for what is asked in the group and what goes on the file.

Result: Dealer staff know where to ask.

  2. WhatsApp Business setup

A business profile with the name, the services financed and a reply to the greeting, using the official business tools.

Result: A buyer who writes in sees the lender's name and an answer.

  3. Consent and opt-in record

A simple record of who agreed to receive messages and for what.

Result: Every outbound contact has a consent on file.

  4. Message templates

Wording for file received, documents pending, approval and funds sent, in the languages your branches use.

Result: The same status is said the same way.

  5. Chat to file link

A rule that each chat is attached to the buyer's record in the CRM.

Result: Anyone can see the conversation behind the file.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the official business API?
For a larger volume of messages, yes, through an approved provider. A small branch can begin with the business app. Check the platform's current rules for each.
Can executives use their personal numbers?
They can, but the chats leave when the person does. A company number with access by role keeps the file history with the lender.
Can we send offers to old customers?
Only to those who gave consent, and with wording your compliance head approves. Advertising rules for lenders differ by product and change, so check every wording with your compliance head or adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
