Vehicle loan providers · Website

Build a site that a buyer, a dealer and a broker can each use.

A website for a vehicle loan provider answers three visitors: the buyer checking papers, the dealer wanting a contact and the broker looking for a product. GullySales plans the pages, the forms and the wording around your credit policy and compliance rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For vehicle loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer wants the paper list first”

A visitor looking for a loan checks which documents to carry before anything else. A site that opens with a brand story pushes that list three clicks down.

  • “Dealers need a page of their own”

A showroom owner who wants to tie up with a lender looks for how to start. A dealer page with the onboarding steps and a contact person turns a visit into a conversation.

  • “Forms ask for too much”

A long application on a phone sends buyers away. A short callback form, asking only the vehicle and a number, gets the call and leaves the rest for the desk.

  • “Regulatory details are part of trust”

Lender name, registration details, grievance contact and disclosures belong where visitors can find them. Missing or buried details make the site look unfinished.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page map by visitor

A map of buyer, dealer and broker pages, with a path for each visitor type from the home page.

Result: Each visitor reaches their page in a click.

  2. Vehicle product pages

A page per product with eligibility, documents and a callback form.

Result: A buyer finds the product they came for.

  3. Dealer onboarding page

A page explaining how a dealer joins, what you finance and who to contact.

Result: A showroom owner knows the next step.

  4. Short callback form

A form with the vehicle, the town and a phone number, saving the source.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with its source.

  5. Disclosure and contact block

A reviewed block with the details your compliance head requires, placed where visitors expect it.

Result: The site carries the information your rules require.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site be in regional languages?
Where your branches serve those languages, yes, at least for the product and document pages. We write them with someone on your team who can check the wording.
Can the site show approval status to a buyer?
That needs a link to your loan system and a decision from your IT and compliance heads. We can plan the pages so a status view fits later. Advertising rules for lenders differ by product and change, so check every wording with your compliance head or adviser.
Do we need an app?
Only if the website cannot do the job. A short form and a call reach a buyer, and an app suits a team that already has the buyers to use it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
