Forex trading firms · Website

Build a site that states your registration before it states a promise.

Website development for a forex trading firm means a site that leads with credentials, clear disclaimers and honest product explanations, rather than a promise of easy profit. A sceptical prospect checks for this first, and compliance requires it too. GullySales builds this with the right structure and language.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For forex trading firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Registration details need their own visible section”

A prospect looking to verify legitimacy should find the registration number without hunting through a footer or an about page.

  • “Disclaimers need to be clear, not buried in tiny text”

A readable, honestly placed risk disclaimer builds more trust than one hidden at the bottom of the page.

  • “The webinar or course sign-up path needs to be simple”

A prospect ready to register for a session should not have to click through several pages to find the sign-up form.

What we do

What we deliver for forex trading firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Dedicated registration and credentials section

A visible section stating the firm's SEBI registration or authorised dealer status, separate from the general about page.

Result: A prospect checking legitimacy finds the answer without searching for it.

  2. Readable disclaimer placed prominently

A clearly worded risk disclaimer placed where a visitor will actually read it, not only in small print at the page's foot.

Result: A careful reader sees the disclosure without having to look for it.

  3. Simplified webinar and course sign-up path

A sign-up form for a webinar or course session reduced to the fewest necessary steps and clicks.

Result: A ready prospect can register without giving up partway through.

  4. Product pages separating course, advisory and hedging

Distinct pages for the course, the advisory service and corporate hedging, each explaining that product honestly on its own terms.

Result: A visitor finds the exact product they came looking for.

  5. Report on website sign-ups and enquiries

A report on webinar registrations and enquiries generated through the website, against the baseline agreed before work started.

Result: The firm sees which page is doing the work of bringing in sign-ups.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a forex training or advisory firm's website must show before a prospect signs up.

What the firm is authorised to do
State your registration or authorisation and exactly what it covers. Retail currency trading in India is allowed only in ways RBI and SEBI permit, so have your compliance officer check every sentence.
The course syllabus and who teaches it
List the modules, the format and the instructor's qualification and experience. A prospect assessing a course wants to see what is taught and by whom.
Fee, refund and access terms
Show what the fee covers, how long recordings stay available and the refund terms in plain words. Do this on the sign-up page, not in a footer.
The risk statement, in plain words
State near the sign-up button that currency trading can lose money and that the course does not promise profit. Use a size and colour a reader notices.
What the page must not show
Leave out profit screenshots, account balances, income claims and testimonials that suggest returns. Platforms and regulators act on these, and a prospect who sees them reads the page as a risk.
What the webinar covers and what it does not
Give the topic, date, speaker and the limits: no trading tips, no signals. A prospect who knows the scope arrives with the right question.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long does this take to build?
There is no fixed timeline. Aligning every page's wording with what compliance allows takes longer than a standard business site, and we confirm dates in the first conversation.
Can our existing content be reused?
Educational content usually can, once checked for wording that needs to be more careful.
Can the website name a broker or platform we work with?
Only if it is a registered or authorised entity for what you describe, and say plainly if you earn a commission. Do not suggest that an offshore platform is open to Indian residents. Have your compliance officer approve the wording.
Can we show our students' trading results?
Avoid it. Results, balances and profit screenshots imply returns and are the first thing regulators and ad platforms look for. Describe what is taught and what a student can do afterwards, such as read a currency chart or plan a hedge, and keep the risk statement beside it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
