Food product manufacturers · Pay per click advertising

Advertise only where the shopper can actually buy the pack.

PPC for a food manufacturer means paying for searches in the districts where your stock already sits, and for the bulk buyer hunting for a supplier. GullySales sets the geography, writes the ads and checks spend against orders rather than clicks.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For food product manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • An ad in a city with no stock wastes the money

A shopper who sees the ad, searches the app and finds nothing is a click you paid for twice.

  • The margin on a ninety rupee pack is small

Consumer ads have to earn back a few rupees a unit, so only a repeat buyer makes the sums work.

  • The bulk buyer is the cheaper click

A search for private label masala manufacturer costs less than a consumer search and can be worth a year of volume.

What we do

What we deliver for food product manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Consumer campaigns limited to stocked pin codes

Ads shown only in the districts and quick commerce cities where a shopper can actually find the pack this week.

Result: You stop paying for demand you cannot fill.

  2. A separate campaign for bulk and private label

National ads on supplier terms, landing on a page with minimum order, certifications and lead time rather than the consumer store.

Result: One large enquiry pays for a month of consumer ads.

  3. Money going out before the season, not during

Spend raised ahead of Diwali gifting, the summer pickle months and school reopening, then turned down when the category goes quiet.

Result: The budget follows the months people buy.

  4. Negative keywords against recipes and jobs

Blocks on how to make, recipe, homemade, machinery and vacancy, reviewed each week against what people actually typed.

Result: Your budget stops paying for cooks and job seekers.

  5. A landing page that matches the pack

The exact pack, its size, its price and where to buy it, instead of a home page listing nine products.

Result: A click lands on the thing the ad promised.

  6. Spend measured against orders

Cost per order for consumer ads and cost per qualified enquiry for bulk, reported beside the figures from before the ads started.

Result: You can see which of the two is carrying the other.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for food product manufacturers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where the product sells, which distributors move stock, how outlets reorder, and what online and bulk enquiries look like.

  2. 2

    Sharpen the offer

The pack, the brand story and the terms for distributors and retailers, each written for the person deciding.

  3. 3

    Equip the channel

Distributor and retailer kits, field scripts and secondary sales tracking, so the team sells rather than only delivers.

  4. 4

    Open new channels

New districts, online listings, HoReCa and private label, added one at a time at a pace the plant and the cash cycle can carry.

  5. 5

    Keep it moving

Reorder tracking, seasonal campaigns and schemes based on what sold through, not what was loaded.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we advertise the pack or the company?
Both, in separate campaigns. Consumer ads run only where stock sits, and supplier ads run nationally for bulk and private label work.
Do quick commerce ads beat Google?
Inside the app they reach a shopper already buying groceries. Google reaches the distributor and the exporter, who Blinkit never will.
Should we sell on quick commerce apps?
If your product is bought on impulse or as a daily need in cities where these apps are strong, it is worth testing in one city first. Watch the fees, the packaging needs and whether reviews build, before adding more cities.
How do we stop distributors dumping our stock?
Track secondary sales, not just what you bill to the distributor. Give schemes on outlets reached and reorders, not on bulk loading, and review each distributor's sell-through every month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
