Family medicine clinics · Local SEO

Make the clinic the obvious answer when someone nearby searches for a doctor.

Local SEO for a family clinic is the work of making the Maps listing, the reviews and the pages agree about who you are, where you sit and when you are open. GullySales checks the listing and the signals around it, and sets up the routines that keep them correct.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For family medicine clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The evening timings decide the call”

A parent searching after work sees whether the clinic is open. If the listing shows the morning timings only, the household calls the next doctor and never sees yours. Update the timings for holidays and doctor's leave, not once a year.

  • “Lane names beat area names”

People in a layout describe a clinic by the road, the temple or the pharmacy beside it. A listing with a vague address and no landmark leaves the visitor circling the wrong lane. Add the landmark and the entrance details in the words the neighbourhood already uses.

  • “Reviews are read for the doctor's manner”

A household reads for whether the doctor listened and explained, and whether the wait was fair. Replies that avoid any detail of a patient's condition show care without breaking privacy. Never confirm that a reviewer was a patient, and never name a condition in a reply.

  • “Home visits and elderly care sit unseen”

A clinic that visits elderly patients at home rarely says so on the listing. An adult child searching for it finds only clinics that mention it. Say plainly which areas you visit and how a family should arrange it.

What we do

What we deliver for family medicine clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Listing clean-up

Name, address, business type, timings, phone and services corrected on the Google Business Profile, with holiday timings kept current.

Result: The listing matches what a visitor finds at the door.

  2. Landmark and access description

A short description with the road, the nearest landmark and parking, written the way people in the area give directions.

Result: A first-time visitor reaches the right door.

  3. Review request and reply routine

A polite request after a visit, with no reward offered, and a reply style that never mentions a patient's condition.

Result: The desk knows exactly how to ask and how to reply.

  4. Photos and service list

Photos of the entrance, the waiting area and the board, plus a list of what the clinic handles including home visits.

Result: The listing shows the place and the services honestly.

  5. Local pages and consistency check

Pages for the localities served, and a check that the name and address are written the same everywhere.

Result: Directories and the site show one version of the clinic.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Group practices with two or three family physicians sharing one front desk

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask patients for reviews?
Yes, politely, after a visit. Check the platform's current rules and never offer a reward for a review. Patients write the reviews; the clinic only makes it easy to find the link.
What do we do about an unfair review?
Reply calmly, without confirming that the writer was a patient or describing any condition. If it breaks the platform's rules, report it through the profile and let the platform decide.
Does the listing need photos of the doctor?
A clear photo of the doctor helps a visitor recognise the person they will meet. Check with your own council or adviser on what a doctor may show, because rules differ by profession and state.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
