Family medicine clinics · Website

Build a small site that tells a household who the doctor is and how to book.

A website for a family medicine clinic is a small set of pages that state who the doctor is, what the clinic handles and how to book. GullySales plans the pages, writes the plain copy for the doctor to approve, and builds the booking and call links.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For family medicine clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor checks the doctor before booking”

Qualification, registration, languages and years in the area are what a careful household reads. A site that opens with a stock photo and a slogan hides what the visitor came to find. Place these facts above the fold, in plain text rather than inside an image.

  • “The site is opened on a phone in a hurry”

A parent with a sick child taps the number from the Maps listing. The page must show timings, address and a tap-to-call button without scrolling or loading a heavy banner. Test the page on a modest phone with a slow connection before it goes live.

  • “One page per age group serves the household”

A single services page lists everything and answers nothing. Separate pages for children, adults and elderly care let each visitor reach the part that concerns them. Each page links to the next step: call, book or read the doctor's profile.

  • “A booking form can leak patient details”

Collect a name, a number and a preferred time, and leave out the symptoms. Anything a patient types into a public form is data the clinic must protect. Ask for symptoms only on a call, where the desk can reply with care.

What we do

What we deliver for family medicine clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

A short plan of pages: home, about the doctor, age-group pages, timings and location, and contact.

Result: The clinic agrees the site's pages before any build.

  2. Doctor profile

A page with qualification, registration, languages and approach, written for approval by the doctor.

Result: A visitor can verify the doctor from the page.

  3. Mobile-first layout

Pages built to load plainly on a phone, with tap-to-call, a map link and timings at the top.

Result: The key facts sit on the first screen.

  4. Booking and enquiry form

A form asking name, number and preferred time, linked to the clinic's WhatsApp or register.

Result: Enquiries reach the desk without symptoms in the text.

  5. Privacy and notice pages

A plain privacy notice and a note on how the clinic handles contact details.

Result: The site tells visitors what happens to their information.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a website needed if we have a Maps listing?
The listing is the first step. A small site adds what a listing cannot, such as the doctor's profile and a page for each age group. Households check it before they decide.
Who owns the site and the domain?
The clinic should. We register the domain and hosting in the clinic's name or hand over the details, so the doctor is never locked in to one provider.
Can the site show patient reviews?
Check your council's guidance and the platform's current rules first, as they differ by profession and state. We would link to the listing rather than copy patient comments onto the site.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
