General hospitals · Website

Build a hospital website that answers a worried family before it picks up the phone.

A website for a general hospital is the page a family opens on a phone to check timings, doctors, procedures and whether its scheme card is accepted. GullySales plans and builds pages around those questions, with the emergency number visible without scrolling.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For general hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone and in a hurry”

A family at night opens the site on a small screen with a weak signal. A heavy slider and a long welcome message cost seconds the family does not have. The emergency number and the directions should be on the first screen.

  • “Departments are listed, but answers are missing”

A page that says General Surgery with a paragraph of praise tells a family little. The same page naming hernia, piles and appendix surgery, the surgeon and the OPD days tells them whether to call.

  • “The scheme and insurance answer is hidden”

Families holding a scheme card decide in minutes whether to come. A page that lists the schemes and insurers the hospital is empanelled with, and who handles them, removes the doubt before the family arrives.

  • “Doctor details go stale”

A site showing a surgeon who left, or timings that changed, sends families to a wasted trip. Each doctor page needs an owner at the hospital and a date when it was last checked.

What we do

What we deliver for general hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A phone-first site structure

Pages arranged around casualty, OPD timings, doctors, procedures, schemes, and contact, with the emergency number in the header.

Result: The emergency number shows on every page.

  2. Procedure and doctor pages

A page for each procedure and consultant, factual and reviewed by the doctor concerned, with registered qualifications as the council lists them.

Result: A family finds the doctor and the OPD day in one place.

  3. A scheme and insurance page

The accepted schemes and insurers, the documents to bring and the desk that handles them, updated by the hospital.

Result: The page answers whether a card is accepted.

  4. Pages in English and the local language

Key pages written in the language of the town, with simple navigation between the two.

Result: A family can read the main pages in its own language.

  5. Enquiry and callback form tied to the register

A short form that asks for a name, phone number and reason, and drops into the enquiry register with the source recorded.

Result: Every form entry appears in the register.

  6. A site owner and a change list

A named person at the hospital and a list of what to update when doctors, timings or schemes change.

Result: Someone is responsible for keeping the site true.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these general hospitals.

  • Taluk and small-town private general hospitals

  • Neighbourhood hospitals in city wards with a ground-floor pharmacy and lab
  • Hospitals with a small maternity and paediatric unit
  • General hospitals expanding from a clinic into inpatient beds

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What must be on the first screen?
The hospital name, the casualty and emergency number, the address with a map link, and the OPD timings. A visitor in distress should not need to scroll or search. Everything else sits one tap away.
Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
We look at the existing site first. If it loads on a phone, can hold new pages and has a structure that can be corrected, we improve it. A rebuild is advised only if those basics cannot be met.
Can the site carry patient testimonials?
No. Patient stories and testimonials raise privacy and advertising-rule concerns that differ by profession and state. Use facts instead: services, doctors, equipment and timings. Check with your own council or adviser before publishing anything beyond that.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
