Medical supplies distributors · Digital marketing

Put your stock, territory and proof where purchase teams look, and nowhere else.

Digital marketing for a medical supplies distributor is the choice of which online channels deserve your time and money, from search and maps to marketplaces, WhatsApp and email. GullySales begins with where your hospital and clinic orders have come from and builds around those, rather than spreading a budget across every platform.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Surgical and medical supplies distributors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Lot and expiry on every line. Record lot, expiry and pack size on the purchase, delivery note and invoice, and pick the shortest-dated lot first unless a buyer asks for a particular one.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For medical supplies distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A marketplace listing fills the phone with the wrong calls”

Students, one-piece buyers and rival distributors ask for rates alongside the odd hospital. If the same slow reply goes to all of them, the genuine requirement waits. Screening by buyer type decides whether the listing pays.

  • “Paid ads for devices meet rules and wasted clicks”

Platforms restrict some medical product advertising and the rules change, so check each platform's current rules. Clicks from the public on a hospital-grade item bring the wrong person. Paid search suits narrow, local requests far better than broad ones.

  • “Your best digital channel may be a list you already own”

Years of invoices hold the names of stores, clinics and labs that buy from you. A stock update by WhatsApp or email to people who asked for it reaches the buyer at no cost per click, and builds on a relationship that exists.

  • “Manufacturers search too”

An area manager looking for a distributor to add a line checks the website, the profile and how you present yourself. A weak or copied site costs you an appointment you never learn about.

What we do

What we deliver for medical supplies distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel audit from your own orders

A review of which source brought each hospital, clinic or lab order in your records, with the unknown ones marked.

Result: Spend moves towards the sources with orders behind them.

  2. A buyer-type filter for marketplace enquiries

Screening questions and a logging routine that separate institutions from individuals and rivals.

Result: Genuine requirements are answered first.

  3. Search and maps foundations

Product pages, territory pages and a complete business profile as described in the SEO and local SEO plans.

Result: Buyers can find you by item and town.

  4. An opt-in WhatsApp and email list

A consent record for stores, clinics and labs, and a plain stock-and-rate update they can leave at any time.

Result: Regular buyers get news from you directly.

  5. A small paid test, if the audit supports it

One narrow campaign, such as a district-level search ad for a line with proven demand, with the budget set by you and checked against orders.

Result: You can compare the spend with the orders recorded.

  6. A manufacturer-facing profile

A short page and document for principals showing your territory, accounts and storage, with only what you can prove.

Result: An area manager can assess you in one sitting.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have not yet looked at where your past orders came from, so a spend plan would be a guess.

  • Your principal forbids online advertising of its devices without approval, and you have not yet asked.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small distributor start?
With your own order history. Find out where the best accounts came from, fix the enquiry record, and make sure the site and profile show stock, delivery area and licences. Add paid channels afterwards, if at all.
Is digital marketing worth it when orders come through relationships?
Relationships remain the base, and digital work serves them. Buyers check a supplier online before they rely on a rep's word, and new clinics and nursing homes have no relationship with you yet. The online side must hold up when they look.
What budget do we need?
That depends on how many channels you use and what your audit shows. GullySales will not name a figure before reading your brief, and we recommend starting with the items that cost time, not media spend.
Can we advertise a manufacturer's device online?
Only within what your agreement and the platform's current rules allow. Many principals restrict how their brand is used by distributors, and devices can carry advertising restrictions, so read your agreement and ask the principal for approved wording before any paid advertisement runs.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
