Corporate security agencies · Local SEO

Appear for the tech parks and industrial estates where your guards already stand.

Local SEO for a security agency means showing up on maps and local searches for the tech parks, industrial areas and business districts you serve. GullySales corrects your Google Business Profile, builds a page for each area, and sets up a way to gather references that carry a client name only with written permission.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For corporate security agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A facility head searches with a locality in the query”

Someone running a campus in Electronic City types the area with the service. If your profile and pages name that area, you appear. If they name only the city, a rival who names the park gets the click.

  • “The profile is the first page procurement sees”

Before a vendor call, a team checks the maps listing for an address, a phone line and whether the agency exists beyond a PDF. A missing or wrong listing costs the call before it begins.

  • “An office address is not a service area”

Guards are posted at client sites, so the listing has to describe areas served, not suggest a walk-in shop. Set it up wrongly and the profile may be questioned by the platform. Check the platform's current rules.

  • “References need permission before they appear”

A client's name on a page is a promise to that client. Written consent, kept on file, lets you show a site type and area now and a name later, without a call from an unhappy facility head.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate security agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up and correction

Name, category on the platform, service areas, hours, phone line and description checked and written to match what you actually do.

Result: The listing is accurate and describes a service-area business.

  2. A page for each tech park or industrial area

Pages for the areas you serve, each describing the kinds of site there and how deployment and relief are arranged.

Result: Searches with an area name land on a page for that area.

  3. A reference request routine

A short, polite request and a written permission form for facility heads who have had a clean run.

Result: Permission is on file before any name is shown.

  4. Consistent business details across listings

Name, address and phone line matched across the profile, the website and business directories in ordinary use in India.

Result: The same details appear everywhere a buyer might check.

  5. Review reply guidance

Plain wording for answering a review without naming a client or discussing a site's security arrangements.

    Result: Replies protect client confidentiality.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these corporate security agencies.

  • Agencies guarding IT parks and tech campuses
  • Agencies serving BPO and call centre floors that run night shifts
  • Agencies supplying guards to factories and industrial plants
  • Agencies for pharma and food units with strict gate and visitor control
  • Agencies serving banks, NBFC branches and corporate head offices
  • Agencies working through facility management companies as subcontractors
  • Agencies guarding warehouses and logistics yards
  • Agencies serving co-working spaces and managed office buildings

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have no shopfront. Can we still have a profile?
Yes, as a service-area business, if the platform's current rules allow it for your set-up. We describe the areas you serve and keep the address handling in line with those rules.
Should we ask clients for reviews?
A facility head may be glad to write one, but client policies vary and some forbid it. Ask politely, accept a no, and never offer payment or a gift in return.
How many area pages do we need?
One for each area where you hold or want contracts, and no more. A page with nothing real to say about an area weakens the others.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
