Corporate security agencies · Website

Build a site that answers a procurement team before they send the vendor form.

A website for a corporate security agency is the page a facility head or procurement team opens after hearing your name, to check licence, site experience and who to call. GullySales plans and writes the site around site types, credentials and a clear enquiry path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For corporate security agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Procurement reads the site as part of due diligence”

A buyer asks whether the agency is real, licensed and organised. A site with missing licence details, no named contact and stock photographs of guards fails that check before any call.

  • “Stock photographs make every agency look the same”

Pictures of a guard in a crisp uniform at an imaginary gate say nothing. Plain pages with description of deployment, supervision and relief carry more weight with a facility head.

  • “The enquiry route must suit a facility head”

A long form asking for budget on a first visit loses them. A short contact with name, company, site type and a preferred time, plus a direct line, lets the right person call back.

  • “Different readers need different doors”

A facility head, a procurement desk and a facility management firm come for different things. Clear links from the home page to each, such as site types, the vendor pack and the partner note, save each reader a search.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate security agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around site types and credentials

Home, a page for each site type, a credentials page, about the agency and contact, planned before design.

Result: Each reader has a clear path to what they need.

  2. Written page content

Copy for every page based on your practice, without invented figures, client names or promises.

Result: The site says only what you can stand behind.

  3. A credentials and vendor pack page

Licence details, statutory compliance, insurance and training described plainly, with a request link for the full pack.

Result: Procurement finds proof in one place.

  4. A short enquiry form and direct contact

A form with a few fields and a visible phone line and WhatsApp link, feeding the enquiry sheet.

Result: Each enquiry lands with a recorded source.

  5. Technical set-up for search and mobile

Page speed, mobile layout, titles and descriptions, and analytics set up in your name.

Result: The site loads well on a phone and can be measured.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these corporate security agencies.

  • Agencies guarding IT parks and tech campuses
  • Agencies serving BPO and call centre floors that run night shifts
  • Agencies supplying guards to factories and industrial plants
  • Agencies for pharma and food units with strict gate and visitor control
  • Agencies serving banks, NBFC branches and corporate head offices
  • Agencies working through facility management companies as subcontractors
  • Agencies guarding warehouses and logistics yards
  • Agencies serving co-working spaces and managed office buildings

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show our client list?
Only clients who have agreed in writing. Otherwise describe site types and the kind of arrangement. Buyers accept that security clients value discretion.
Do we need a separate site for each city?
No. One site with a page for each area you serve is easier to keep current and stronger for search than several thin sites.
Who owns the site once it is built?
You do. The domain, hosting account and analytics stay in your name, so you can change providers without losing the site.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
