Deep cleaning companies · Local SEO

Show up on the map when someone near the new flat searches for a clean.

Local SEO for a deep cleaning company means appearing in Maps results and local listings for the neighbourhoods your crews reach. GullySales works on your Business Profile, service areas, photographs and reviews so the listing reads like a company with a crew.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For deep cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “You go to the customer, so service areas matter”

Your crew travels to the flat, so the profile needs the areas you serve and not a shop address nobody visits. A buyer in Sarjapur and one in Hebbal are reached by different crews, and the listing should say so.

  • “Reviews should name the flat”

A review that says the 2 BHK handover clean took the cement stains off the balcony does more than a line saying good service. Ask for reviews that mention the job and the size of the flat, once the owner has seen the result.

  • “Photographs are the shop window”

The buyer scrolls the photographs before reading a single review. Before-and-after shots of grout, window tracks and kitchens, taken with permission and without family belongings in frame, show the work you do.

What we do

What we deliver for deep cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete Business Profile

Job types, service areas, opening hours and a plain description of what each clean covers.

Result: The profile lists the jobs and the areas you reach.

  2. A crew photo routine

A short guide to the angles and light for before-and-after photographs, and a rule on what stays out of frame.

Result: Each finished job leaves usable pictures.

  3. A review request message

A WhatsApp message sent after a job that asks the owner to mention the type of clean and the flat size.

Result: Reviews begin to describe the job.

  4. A reply guide for reviews

Wording for thanking a good review and answering a complaint with the facts of the job.

Result: Every review gets a reply in your voice.

  5. Pages for the areas you cover

One page per belt your crew serves, written from real jobs in that area.

Result: A buyer in a neighbourhood finds a page about it.

  6. A listing consistency check

A comparison of your name, phone and area details across directories and the profile.

Result: The same details appear everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these deep cleaning companies.

  • Flat owners after builder handover or before a griha pravesh
  • Tenants cleaning before move-out to protect the deposit
  • Post-renovation and post-construction clean-up teams
  • Festival deep cleaning for homes before Diwali, Ugadi and Onam
  • Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning specialists
  • Villa and independent-house cleaning crews
  • PG, hostel and co-living operators between tenancies
  • Machine-based cleaning companies with scrubbers and wet vacuums

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show our home address on the profile?
If the crew starts from a home or a godown and customers never visit, hide the address and show service areas instead. Check the platform's current rules for service-area businesses before changing the profile.
What do we do about a bad review?
Reply once, politely, with the facts of the job and an offer to look at it again. Do not argue in public. The next buyer reads a calm reply more carefully than the complaint.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
