Deep cleaning companies · Social media

Let the before and after do the talking on Instagram and in society groups.

Social media marketing for a deep cleaning company means showing finished jobs where homeowners and tenants already scroll: Instagram, Facebook and residents' WhatsApp groups. GullySales works on what you post, how the crew captures it and how a viewer reaches a quote.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For deep cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The transformation is the content”

A greasy hob beside a clean one, a stained shower glass beside a clear one. These need no script. The skill lies in shooting the same angle before and after, in good light, so the contrast shows on a phone screen.

  • “The audience is a household with a date”

A flat owner does not follow a cleaning company for fun. They meet a reel or a neighbour's post when a handover or a festival is near. Each post should end with how to ask for a rate, since the viewer will not wait for the next one.

  • “Privacy limits what you can show”

Photographs from inside a home can show family pictures, documents or a name plate. Ask permission, crop with care and keep personal items out of frame. A crew that respects the house is what the next buyer wants to see.

What we do

What we deliver for deep cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shot list for the crew

The before-and-after angles worth taking in a kitchen, bathroom, balcony and floor, in order.

Result: The crew knows what to photograph on every job.

  2. A content plan around handovers and festivals

Themes tied to housewarmings, lease ends and the cleaning weeks before Diwali and Ugadi.

Result: Posts match what households are planning.

  3. Reel and post templates

Layouts for before-and-after pairs, a day on site and a what-is-included explainer.

Result: Anyone in the office can assemble a post from the crew's photographs.

  4. A customer permission message

A WhatsApp note asking the owner to allow photographs of the finished work, with a line on what stays out.

Result: Photograph use is agreed and recorded.

  5. A guide to posting in residents' groups

How to introduce the company in a society group without spamming, and when to ask the admin first.

Result: Group posts follow each group's own rules.

  6. An enquiry path from every post

A WhatsApp link or call prompt on each post and in the profile.

Result: A viewer with a date can reach a quote at once.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these deep cleaning companies.

  • Flat owners after builder handover or before a griha pravesh

  • Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning specialists
  • Villa and independent-house cleaning crews
  • PG, hostel and co-living operators between tenancies
  • Machine-based cleaning companies with scrubbers and wet vacuums

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Instagram for the visuals and residents' WhatsApp groups for neighbours are enough to start. Add Facebook if landlords and property managers, who buy for several flats, are among your buyers.
Should we pay to boost posts?
Boost a post when the crew has room and the offer is clear, and check the platform's current rules on ad content. Boosting while the diary is full only adds callers you will have to turn away.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
