Dry cleaners and laundries · Website

Give the household one page that shows the rate card, the pickup area and a chat button.

A website for a dry cleaner or laundry is a short, clear page where a household checks what you clean, what it costs and whether you collect from their street. It exists to move the visitor to a pickup message or a call. GullySales builds the pages, the rate card and the contact routes around that single move.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For dry cleaners and laundries

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, standing next to the pile”

They want the price per kilo and the pickup area within a few seconds. A site built like a brochure, with a slow slideshow before the rate card, loses them to the shop whose number is already in Maps.

  • “The pickup area is the first thing people look for”

A household in a tower wants to know whether you reach their gate. A page that names the localities and apartment complexes you serve answers that, and also gives search engines the place names they need.

  • “Occasion garments need a page of their own”

A family with a bridal lehenga reads about zari, stone work, packing and what you check on receipt. Hiding that under one general services page leaves the highest-value customer without the reassurance they want.

  • “Business buyers want a rate sheet they can forward”

A PG owner or salon manager sends the numbers to a partner or an accountant. A clear per-kilo and per-piece sheet, with the trial batch explained, is easier to forward than a phone call.

What we do

What we deliver for dry cleaners and laundries.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built around the pickup request

The services, the area you cover, the rate card and a WhatsApp and call button visible without scrolling.

Result: A visitor reaches a pickup message in a couple of taps.

  2. A rate card page that stays current

Prices by kilo and by piece, minimum order and what is not accepted, written so the page and the counter agree.

Result: Customers do not arrive at the counter with a different price in mind.

  3. Pages for the areas you pick up from

One short page per locality or apartment cluster, naming the streets and gates, with a pickup day for that area.

Result: Someone searching for laundry pickup in their locality finds a page about it.

  4. An occasion garment care page

How you receive, check, clean and pack bridal wear, silks and zari work, with the questions a family should ask any cleaner.

Result: The family with the expensive piece finds the care they are looking for.

  5. A business accounts page

The trial batch, the count at pickup, rate options and how to ask for a quote, written for PGs, salons and homestays.

Result: A business buyer can forward the page and ask for a trial.

  6. Tracking for calls and chat taps

A count of calls, WhatsApp taps and form submissions from the site, set against a baseline taken before launch.

Result: You can see which pages bring pickup requests.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a small laundry need a website at all?
Yes, if you want to be found beyond the people who walk past. Maps brings the first look and the website answers the second question: do you collect from my street and what is the price. A single clear page does that.
Should customers be able to book pickups on the site?
Start with a WhatsApp button and a call button, because that is what customers already use. A booking form adds work for the counter, so add one only when the team can answer it with the same care as a chat.
Can we show prices online?
Yes, and customers prefer it. Keep the page and the counter rate card the same, and update both together. Where prices vary with the garment, give a starting rate and say that the final price is confirmed at pickup.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
