Gardening service providers · Social media

Let a finished garden do the talking on Instagram and Facebook.

Social media marketing for a gardening service provider means showing real gardens, real plants and real visits to neighbours who are deciding whom to call. GullySales plans the posts, the photographs and the replies, and keeps them honest about the work your team does.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For gardening service providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A garden is a visual trade and the photograph is the pitch”

Plants, lawns and terraces show well in a picture, and a before and after of one corner says more than a paragraph. The work is to shoot from the same spot, in daylight, every time.

  • “Posts must be from jobs your team really did”

A stock photograph of a lush lawn invites a client who then compares it with their own patchy one. Posts from actual visits, with the locality and the garden type named, build trust and set realistic expectations.

  • “Neighbours follow neighbours”

People in a locality share a post with the lane's group if it shows a garden they recognise. A post about a society garden or a particular street's terraces reaches the people who might hire you.

  • “Replies and messages are the sales channel”

A comment asking who maintains this garden is an enquiry. If nobody answers for days, the commenter asks the next gardener. The reply routine matters as much as the post.

What we do

What we deliver for gardening service providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post plan built from your jobs

A list of post ideas from the garden types, seasons and jobs your team handles, so there is never a blank day.

Result: The plan lists post ideas tied to real jobs.

  2. A photograph routine on site

A short guide for your team on taking before and after pictures from the same corner, in good light, with the client's agreement.

Result: Every finished job has a photograph pair saved by garden type.

  3. Caption wording for each garden type

Plain captions that name the garden type, the locality and the work done, with no claims about results.

Result: Each caption says what was done and where.

  4. A reply and message routine

Wording for answering comments and direct messages, and a rule for moving a serious enquiry to a phone call.

Result: Every comment and message has an owner and a reply.

  5. A look at which posts bring enquiries

A review of which posts led to calls, so the plan moves toward garden types that bring work.

Result: You can see which posts led to an enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a gardener use?
Start with where your clients already are. For homes and societies that is Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp groups. Choose one or two and keep them current rather than spreading thin.
Is it safe to post a client's garden?
Ask first, and avoid showing the house number, the family or the name board. A garden photograph taken from the lawn side, with the client's agreement, is enough.
Should we run paid posts?
Paid posts suit a locality push, such as pre-monsoon planting. Start with posts that already bring replies, and put money behind those. Check the platform's current rules for ads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
