Gardening service providers · Website

Build a site that shows the garden, the localities and how to book.

A website for a gardening service provider is a small set of pages that show the gardens you care for, the places you serve and how to book a look. GullySales plans the pages and wording so a visitor can decide and call from a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For gardening service providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone”

A client looking for a gardener is standing in the garden, phone in hand. Pages must load plainly, show a call and a WhatsApp button at the top and avoid long forms. A site built for a desktop loses that visitor.

  • “Photographs of your work are the content”

Words about passion for plants do not persuade. Photographs of real terraces, lawns and society gardens, with the locality named, show what you do. A site with stock images looks like every other gardener.

  • “One page per garden type answers one buyer”

A terrace owner and a society committee want different things. Pages for each, with the plants, problems and process in their terms, let both find what they need without wading through the rest.

  • “Say how a booking works”

Visitors hesitate when they do not know what happens after they call. A short section that says a person will look at the garden first, then give a plan and a rate, removes that doubt.

What we do

What we deliver for gardening service providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around garden types

A plan of pages for home gardens, terraces, lawns, societies, offices and plant supply, with localities listed.

Result: Each garden type you serve has its own page.

  2. Page copy written from your jobs

Wording drawn from real work, checked by your team, with no claims about results.

Result: Each page describes work your team has done.

  3. A photograph gallery by garden type

A gallery of finished work sorted by terrace, lawn, balcony and society, with captions naming the locality.

Result: A visitor can open the gallery for their own kind of garden.

  4. Call and WhatsApp buttons

Visible buttons on every page that open the phone dialler or WhatsApp with a ready message.

Result: Every page has a one-tap way to reach you.

  5. A simple enquiry form

A short form asking name, locality, garden type and a photograph, routed to your record.

Result: Enquiries from the form land in the same record as calls.

  6. Basic site checks

A check that pages load on a phone, links work and the listing and site show the same name and number.

Result: Name, number and localities match across site and listing.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a website necessary for a small gardener?
A listing and WhatsApp carry the first stretch of work. A site adds pages for the phrases a listing cannot hold, and gives societies and offices something to show their committee.
Which pages do we need?
One for each garden type you serve, a page on how booking works and a gallery. Add locality pages as you add places. Keep each page about one thing.
Can we show prices?
Only if your rates are fixed by something visible, such as a pot size. Garden work depends on the garden, so explain how a rate is set and offer a look.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
