Ironing services · Local SEO

Appear on the map when a resident searches for a press within a short ride.

Local SEO for an ironing service is the work of appearing in the map results when someone nearby searches for a press, based on how close you are, how complete your listing is and what customers say. GullySales works on the listing, the collection area and the review habit that decide those three map results.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For ironing services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map is the first place a new resident looks”

Someone who has just moved into a block searches the map before asking anyone. If the shop is not listed with a photograph and a number, that resident never learns the shop exists.

  • “Collection range matters more than the shop's address”

A shop can sit on a back lane while serving blocks a few streets away. The listing needs a service area that matches the route, or residents in those blocks never see it.

  • “The number on the listing belongs to the boy”

When the collection boy leaves, the number goes with the boy and the listing sends residents to a dead line. One business number that stays with the shop keeps every map call reaching the owner.

  • “Reviews are read for two things only”

A new customer scans for scorch marks and wrong counts. A few plain reviews that mention shirts returned correct by evening do more than a long compliment about the owner.

What we do

What we deliver for ironing services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified profile with the right trade name

The Google Business Profile claimed and verified, with ironing or laundry pressing as the main trade and the real name of the shop.

Result: The listing shows your trade clearly and belongs to you.

  2. A service area drawn on your route

The localities and apartment names you collect from, entered on the profile so residents inside the route see you.

Result: The blocks you serve are named on the listing.

  3. Photographs of the press, the rack and the counter

Clear pictures of the steam press, hanging finished clothes and the tagged bundles, without any customer clothes showing a name.

Result: A new resident can see a working shop before calling.

  4. One business number that stays with the shop

A single number on the listing, answered by the owner or a named person, with the hours set for the long and short days.

Result: A map call reaches the shop even when the boy changes.

  5. A review request built into delivery

A short message with the review link sent after the count is confirmed at delivery.

Result: New reviews arrive from households who used the service that week.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Why does a shop down the road show above ours?
Distance from the searcher, a complete listing and recent reviews decide the order. Check the listing against the other shop's for photographs, hours and number, and look at who answers the calls.
Should we list each apartment block separately?
No. Separate listings for places you do not operate from break the platform's rules. Name the blocks in the service area and description, and check the platform's current rules before adding anything.
What if a competitor posts fake reviews?
Report them through the platform and keep a record of the dates. Do not reply with threats. A calm reply and a steady flow of real reviews from households you served is the better answer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
