Landscape contractors · Website

A website that shows the garden in its third summer, not on handover day.

A website for a landscaping contractor is the page an architect, builder or villa owner opens after a recommendation, to check that your gardens last and that you know the trade. GullySales plans the pages, the proof and the enquiry route around that visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For landscape contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives after hearing your name, not before”

An architect or a neighbour mentioned you, and the buyer now looks for proof. A site showing only handover-week photographs fails the test. Return visits to mature gardens carry more weight than any line of copy.

  • “Every project type needs its own page”

A terrace garden, a clubhouse lawn and a campus contract raise different fears. A single services page forces the visitor to guess. Separate pages let each buyer find their own worry answered.

  • “The enquiry form asks too much or too little”

A form with only a name and number brings calls with no area and no plan. One that asks for the plot size, water source and a photograph filters out idle rate checks and helps you prepare.

  • “Architects look for a specifier page, and the page is easy to forget”

A page that states your sourcing, plant substitution policy and irrigation capability lets the designer share you with a builder. It also works as a reference when a quote is compared.

What we do

What we deliver for landscape contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A mature garden gallery

Photographs of gardens one to five years after planting, grouped by project type and season, each with a note on the plants and the care given.

Result: A visitor sees how your work ages.

  2. A page for each project type

Villa gardens, terrace and rooftop gardens, vertical gardens, campus grounds, irrigation and maintenance, each answering the fears of that buyer.

Result: Each buyer lands on a page written for their job.

  3. A specifier page for architects and builders

Your nursery sourcing, substitution policy, irrigation work and past projects, in a form that can be downloaded or shared.

Result: A designer can recommend you with a link.

  4. An enquiry form that prepares the visit

Questions on area, sunlight, water source and a photograph upload, with a WhatsApp option beside it.

Result: You begin the conversation with facts.

  5. A maintenance page with a sample report

How a maintenance visit is recorded and reported, with a sample the committee can read before it signs.

Result: Facility managers see what they will receive.

  6. Pages built for phones and search

Fast loading on a phone, clear titles and descriptions, and a link to the local listing, so the site works for people who find it through search.

Result: The site holds up on the phone a visitor opens it on.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if our work comes by referral?
Yes. A referred buyer checks you online before calling. The site does not need to be large, but it must show finished work, say what you build and make a call or message easy.
How do we show gardens without the owner's permission?
Ask first and record the answer. Where the owner declines, show the plants and layout without the house or family. GullySales can write a short permission note to send after handover.
Should the site quote rates per square foot?
A single rate hides what makes one garden outlast another. Explain what goes into a rate, such as soil preparation, species and irrigation, and invite a site visit for the figure.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
