Pet grooming services · Local SEO

Be the groomer in the map pack when a coat is matting two streets away.

Local SEO for a groomer is the contest for the few salon results shown on the map when an owner searches near home or office. GullySales works on the profile, the service area and the review habit behind that result.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For pet grooming services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map result decides before the website does”

An owner standing in a lift lobby with a dog types a search and taps one of three names. If your salon is not among them, the website never gets a visit.

  • “A van and a salon are different listings”

A salon has a door customers walk to. A mobile van visits homes, so its profile hides the address and lists the areas it serves. Setting up a van as a shop confuses the owner and the platform.

  • “Reviews that name the dog carry weight”

A review that says the groomer was gentle with a nervous rescue dog speaks to the exact worry in the next owner's mind. A string of stars with no words does not.

  • “Opening hours misled by a festival or a holiday”

A salon that shows open on a day it is shut sends an owner to a locked door with a dog in the car. That experience is remembered, and often posted as a review.

What we do

What we deliver for pet grooming services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A fully filled profile

Primary and extra business types, services, description, hours and attributes set to match what you offer.

Result: The profile states what you do in the words owners use.

  2. Photos by breed and service

A set of work photos with a clean shop front, the table, the dryers and finished dogs, shot with owner consent.

Result: The photo section shows the work, not only the door.

  3. A service area for the van

A list of localities and apartment names the van reaches, set up on the profile without publishing a home address.

Result: Owners in covered areas see the van as an option.

  4. A review request routine

A message sent when the owner collects the dog, with the review link ready.

Result: Recent reviews come from owners who came.

  5. Replies to reviews

Written answers to praise and complaint, naming the service where that is appropriate.

Result: Every review has a reply visible to the next reader.

  6. Special-hours entries

Holiday and festival hours set in advance.

Result: The profile shows the right hours on the right day.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pet grooming services.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we list our home as the salon address?
If the public does not visit, hide the address and list a service area. Check the platform's current rules for businesses without a shop front, and give each outlet its own profile.
What if a competitor posts a fake review?
Report it through the platform and reply politely in public. Do not argue. Keep the evidence of the booking, since the platform may ask for it.
Do we need a profile for each branch?
Yes. Each branch is its own place with its own hours and photos, and one profile for several outlets loses the nearest-result advantage in each area.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
