Pet grooming services · Website

A grooming website should answer the owner's three questions on the first screen.

A website for a groomer is the page set that tells an owner what you groom, how booking works and what a visit involves. GullySales works on the structure, the wording and the booking route so the site does more than show a shop front.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pet grooming services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner asks three things at once”

Do you groom my breed, where are you, and how do I book. A site that opens with a slogan and a stock photo of a smiling puppy answers none of them.

  • “Real photographs beat stock”

An owner can tell a stock dog from a client dog. Real finished-coat photos, with the owner's consent, show the quality of the work and the cleanliness of the salon.

  • “Mobile is where the visit happens”

Owners open the site on a phone, often with a leash in the other hand. Large buttons, short text and a booking link that opens WhatsApp fit that moment.

  • “A price and process page cuts wrong enquiries”

Owners want to know how quotes are set and what a visit looks like. Explaining it on the site saves the groomer repeating it and filters the mismatches.

What we do

What we deliver for pet grooming services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure for the site

A plan with home, services, breeds, areas, prices, about and contact, ordered by what an owner needs.

Result: A clear list of pages before any build.

  2. Service and breed pages

Pages for each service and the breeds you handle, written with your groomers.

Result: Each page answers one search and one question.

  3. A booking button on every page

A WhatsApp link with a prefilled message that asks for breed and coat.

Result: The booking message arrives with the right details.

  4. A real photo gallery

A gallery of work, tagged by breed, using consented photos.

Result: The work is visible without leaving the site.

  5. A contact and area page

Address or service area, hours and a map link, kept in step with the profile.

Result: Name, address and hours match everywhere.

  6. A speed and phone check

A review of how the site loads and reads on a phone.

Result: The site works on the phones owners carry.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we use Instagram?
Yes. A site gives searchers a stable place that lists services, areas and booking, which a feed cannot do.
Should the site take online bookings?
Only if you will keep the calendar current. A WhatsApp route that is answered beats a calendar that is wrong.
Can we update it ourselves?
Ask for a setup that lets you change photos, hours and offers without a developer. GullySales plans that in the structure.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
