Photography services · Website

Build a site where a family can see their occasion and ask for the date.

A website for a photographer is a set of pages that shows work by occasion and takes the visitor to a booking message. GullySales works on structure, photograph handling, page copy and the route to WhatsApp.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For photography services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A gallery grid is not a website”

A single page of thumbnails shows skill but answers nothing: which occasions, which areas, what is included, how to book. The visitor leaves to ask elsewhere.

  • “Heavy images lose the phone visitor”

Families open the link on a mobile connection from a message. If the first album takes a long time to appear, they close it. Image preparation belongs to the design from the start.

  • “The price range belongs on the page”

A range per occasion keeps the visitor reading and saves enquiries from those who cannot afford the work. Final quotes follow the date, hours and place.

  • “The site must be yours when social media fails”

An account can be hidden or lost. A site on your own domain, with a contact route and a past-client list, remains available to any family who has the address.

What we do

What we deliver for photography services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Occasion pages with albums

A page for each occasion, with matching photographs, a description and what is included.

Result: A family sees their own occasion and what it involves.

  2. A phone-first portfolio

Albums prepared at a size that loads on mobile and arranged for quick scanning.

Result: The first album opens without a wait.

  3. A package and range page

Packages written out with hours, edited photographs and prints, and an indicative range.

Result: Inclusions are clear before the first message.

  4. A booking button to WhatsApp

A prepared message that carries the occasion and page the visitor came from.

Result: The enquiry arrives with its occasion attached.

  5. Contact and area details

Name, areas covered, hours and a link to the Google profile, matching elsewhere.

Result: Contact details are the same everywhere.

  6. Page reading checks

Each page read on a phone for speed, clarity and the route to booking.

Result: You have seen every page on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these photography services.

  • Birthday and first-birthday photographers
  • Baby shower, naming ceremony and newborn-at-home photographers
  • Engagement, haldi and mehendi photographers
  • Housewarming and festival photographers
  • Family portrait photographers who travel to the home
  • Portfolio photographers for actors, models and professionals
  • Maternity and couple photographers working outdoors
  • Freelance photographers working with decorators and event planners

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a website if I have Instagram?
A site is yours; the account is not. It also gives search engines pages to read, and gives a family one address with albums by occasion and a booking route.
Should I use a template or a custom site?
A good template is enough for most studios if it handles images well and loads on a phone. Choose on structure and speed, not on decoration.
What should I put on the home page?
The occasions you shoot, two or three strong albums, the areas you cover and a booking button. Everything else can sit on pages behind them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
