Refrigerator repair services · Buyer persona

Know the three kinds of caller before you decide what to say to each.

A buyer persona for a fridge repair service is a plain description of the people who ring you, what they fear and what makes them choose. GullySales works on building it from your own calls, so your pages, scripts and offers speak to the household, the landlord and the food shop separately.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For refrigerator repair services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The household wants food saved and a straight answer”

The homemaker or the working family is worried about spoiled food and a large bill. They want a visit slot, an idea of the cost and someone who will say if the fridge is beyond saving.

  • “The landlord or property manager wants it handled”

The person responsible for several flats does not stand over the repair. They want a mechanic who turns up, reports clearly and sends one bill, and they remember who did that.

  • “The food business counts every hour”

A bakery or sweet shop owner measures the problem in stock at risk. They need a technician who understands that a visi-cooler cannot wait and who will talk about a regular service arrangement.

  • “The out-of-warranty owner has already tried the brand”

Some calls come after a brand service centre quoted a long wait or a high price. This buyer compares you with that experience, so your clarity on parts and visit charges matters more than a discount.

What we do

What we deliver for refrigerator repair services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona sheets from your own call log

One page for each caller type with the faults they report, the words they use and the doubts they raise.

Result: Your team can see who is on the line before answering.

  2. A list of questions each caller asks

The questions the household, the landlord and the shop owner ask, with the answer your business gives to each.

Result: Staff reply to each type in a consistent way.

  3. Messages written per persona

A short page or message for each, in that caller's words, with the service or offer that fits them.

Result: The message matches the reader, not an average buyer.

  4. A record of how each type found you

A note against each call on whether it came from search, a dealer, a building or a past customer.

Result: You know where each kind of buyer comes from.

  5. A review of the personas against jobs won

A look at which type books, which type declines and where the call is lost.

Result: The sheets are corrected against real outcomes.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these refrigerator repair services.

  • Independent multi-brand fridge mechanics with two or three technicians
  • Repair firms that cover refrigerators, washing machines and ACs together
  • Specialists in inverter compressors and control boards
  • Technicians who work on side-by-side and French-door models
  • Commercial refrigeration repairers for bakeries, sweet shops and ice cream parlours

  • Authorised service partners of a brand who also take out-of-warranty work
  • Repair businesses in apartment-heavy localities where a building society sends referrals

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How can we build a persona without a survey?
Use what you already have: call notes, quotes sent, visits done and reviews. Ask your technicians who they meet at the door. A few real patterns are enough to start, and they are better than a guessed profile.
Should we write a persona for every brand we repair?
No. A persona describes the buyer, not the machine. Brand and fault go on pages and scripts. Keep the personas to the few kinds of caller who truly differ in what they need and how they decide.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
