Residential security agencies · Social media

Show the committee what a well-run gate looks like before they ask.

Social media marketing for a residential security agency is showing the routine of a good gate: the roster, the log and the supervisor's round. GullySales works on the posts and the groups where committee members and residents already talk about who guards their building.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For residential security agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your audience is a residents' group, not your page”

Security talk happens in society WhatsApp groups and neighbourhood community pages. Your own page is read by few. Material has to be made so a resident can forward it to a group in one tap.

  • “Showing residents on camera is a risk”

Photographs of children, women or visitors at a gate cause complaints. Pictures of guards, the roster board and the supervisor's register tell the story without putting any resident on display.

  • “A page full of festival greetings says nothing”

A committee judging an agency wants to see discipline: uniform checks, roll call, handover at the shift change. A greeting card tells them nothing about how the gate is run.

  • “Training is the post a committee shares”

A short clip of a guard being taught to log a delivery or challenge an unknown visitor answers a worry the committee already has, and it is easy to forward.

What we do

What we deliver for residential security agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A set of post formats for gate routines

Roll call, shift handover, visitor logging and supervisor rounds, each with a simple template that your team can fill in.

Result: A folder of templates your supervisors use to take photographs.

  2. A consent note for photographs

A short written note for guards and committees on what may and may not be photographed, with no residents in frame.

Result: A rule every supervisor follows before taking a picture.

  3. A forwardable card for committees

A single image summarising the roster, relief cover and complaint handling that fits a phone screen.

Result: A card that reads without opening a link.

  4. Short training clips

Guards demonstrating visitor logging and emergency steps, filmed on a phone in plain light.

Result: A set of clips the secretary can share with the group.

  5. A posting plan by platform

Which platform for which purpose, such as Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, and who posts.

Result: A written plan naming one owner for each platform.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these residential security agencies.

  • Agencies serving high-rise apartment societies
  • Agencies serving gated villa and plotted communities
  • Agencies serving large townships with multiple gates
  • Agencies working with builders on pre-handover security
  • Agencies serving senior living and retirement communities
  • Agencies serving student housing and PG blocks
  • Agencies offering guards with visitor management support
  • Agencies that also run housekeeping and facility staff for societies

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for us?
The one your buyers use. For societies that is the residents' WhatsApp group, so make material that is easy to forward, then add a page on Facebook or Instagram for credibility.
Can we post a society's name and its guards?
Only with the committee's permission, and never with residents visible. Keep to the gate, the roster and the guards, and ask before naming the society.
Should we run paid posts?
Only for a clear purpose, such as a locality where a township is near handover. Check the platform's current rules on ads, and treat any boost as a test with a stated goal.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
