Waste collection companies · Social media

Show your crew, vehicle and segregation routine where residents already scroll.

Social media marketing for a waste collection company means showing the routine behind the pickup to residents, committees and facility managers who share it with each other. GullySales works on a plain account of the crew, the schedule and the segregation guide, written so a committee member can forward it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For waste collection companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Residents share, and the committee watches”

A post about segregation reaches the residents' group, the secretary sees it, and the treasurer hears about it at the next meeting. Content aimed at residents is read by the people who renew your contract, so the tone has to suit both.

  • “A missed pickup posted by a resident outweighs any scheduled post”

The message about your service that gets read most is the one a resident writes in the group chat. A public channel that shows complaints being answered, without naming the resident, stands against that.

  • “Segregation guidance is the content people save”

A simple card showing what goes in the wet bin and what goes in the dry bin is saved, printed and pinned in lifts. It also shows a committee that you help residents get segregation right and do not only blame them.

  • “Crew visibility builds trust at the gate”

Residents trust a face they recognise. A short introduction to the crew and the supervisor for a complex, posted with their consent, gives the committee a name to ask for when something goes wrong.

What we do

What we deliver for waste collection companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page-and-profile set-up

Business profiles on the platforms your buyers use, with a consistent description, service areas and a route for enquiries.

Result: Each profile describes the same service and points to the same enquiry route.

  2. A segregation guide for residents

A printable and shareable card in the languages of the complex, showing wet, dry and reject items.

Result: Committees can print and display the guide in their own bays.

  3. Crew and vehicle introductions

Short posts presenting the staff and the vehicle assigned to a complex, published only with the staff's agreement.

Result: A committee can name the supervisor and the vehicle for its complex.

  4. A handling note for complaints seen in public

A short reply pattern for public comments that sends the person to the resident helpline and records the issue in the log.

Result: Every public complaint is answered the same way and entered in the log.

  5. Posts for committees and managers

Content for the secretary and facility head about records, schedules and inspections, kept separate from content for residents.

Result: Posts for decision makers and posts for residents are written apart.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should we start on?
The one your buyers actually use. Committees and managers meet on WhatsApp and LinkedIn, while residents may use Instagram or Facebook. Ask your last few clients where they saw you.
Should we post photographs of residents' bins?
No. Photograph your own vehicles, staff and sorting area, with permission. Keep residents, flats and identifiable bins out of the frame.
Is paid promotion needed?
Not at first. Test a small amount against a clear goal such as site visits booked, and check the platform's current rules for the advertising you plan.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
