Wedding destination resorts · Content marketing

Write the guides a family and a planner read before they ring the sales desk.

Content marketing for a wedding destination resort is the writing of guides, checklists and venue stories that answer what families and planners ask before choosing a place. GullySales works on the topics, the drafts and the way each piece leads to an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For wedding destination resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families research for months”

Between the first idea and the first visit, a family reads, saves and asks relatives. A resort that has written a plain guide to a multi-day wedding in its setting is read during that stretch; one that has not is compared only on photographs.

  • “Planners want the unglamorous answers”

A planner needs the rain plan, the noise cut-off, power for the stage and the room-block terms. A guide that sets these out saves the planner a call and marks the resort as one that has hosted before.

  • “Seasons shape what to write”

The muhurat months, the monsoon and the summer need different notes. Writing about off-season weddings, the heat plan and festival clashes in the local calendar speaks to the dates the resort needs filled.

  • “A real wedding story needs consent”

A write-up of an actual function is more convincing than a generic one, but only if the family has agreed in writing and has seen the draft. Without that, the story is a risk, not an asset.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding destination resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list for families

Planning guides on guest rooms, elders, functions and travel to the setting.

Result: Each guide answers one question a family has asked.

  2. A planner handbook

A single document on rules, load-in, power, catering and the rain plan, with a page version.

Result: A planner can forward one link to a client.

  3. Off-season guides

Writing on monsoon and summer weddings, with the plan for weather.

Result: Off-season dates have a page of their own.

  4. A wedding story template

A format for write-ups that records consent, review and credit for vendors.

Result: No story goes up without a signed approval on file.

  5. A reuse plan

Each guide cut into posts, replies and attachments for the sales desk.

Result: One piece of writing serves the site, social and the first reply.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write the guides?
The sales and events team know the questions, and a writer can shape the answers. We work from your people's replies so the guides sound like the resort and say what is true.
Do guides bring bookings?
They bring readers who are further along, and the enquiry sheet shows which guide a family read before messaging. We do not promise bookings from any piece.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
