Banquet halls and event venues · Website

Put the capacity, the parking and the open dates where a family will find them.

A website for a banquet hall is the page a family or company opens after the listing, to check capacity, photographs, catering rules and whether the date can be held. GullySales builds the pages and the enquiry route so that the visit and the call follow from the page.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For banquet halls and event venues

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family opens the site on a phone in a car”

A relative forwards the link and the family opens it between calls. A site that loads slowly, hides the capacity behind a menu or buries the phone number loses the visit before the hall is seen.

  • “Photographs must show the hall full and empty”

An empty hall hides its real size, and a decorated one hides its layout. Show the stage, the dining area, the entrance and the parking with a caption for each, so the family can picture their own function.

  • “Corporate bookers look for facts a family does not”

Seating layouts, AV, power backup, the weekday rate basis and a GST invoice. A separate page for events and training halls lets the corporate booker confirm the hall in a few minutes.

  • “The site must say what you allow”

Outside caterers, music cut-off, liquor arrangements, decoration rules and room availability decide whether a family even calls. Saying them plainly cuts the calls from families whose needs do not match.

What we do

What we deliver for banquet halls and event venues.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each hall or lawn

Capacity, layout photographs, parking, air-conditioning and rooms for each space you rent.

Result: A family knows which space suits their guest count.

  2. A rates and rules page

What the rent includes, the catering rules, music timing and how a date is held.

Result: Fewer calls ask what the figures cover.

  3. A corporate and training page

Seating layouts, AV, the weekday rate basis and the invoice details, written for an admin team.

Result: A company can shortlist the hall without a call.

  4. A calendar enquiry form

A form that asks the date, the function and the guest count and sends it to the manager and the register.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the details a reply needs.

  5. A tap-to-call and WhatsApp button

Buttons for call, WhatsApp and directions placed where a phone user reaches first.

Result: A visitor on a phone reaches the manager in one tap.

  6. Google listing and site kept consistent

The same name, address, hours and photographs on the site and the listing.

Result: A family sees one hall wherever they look.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What families and companies type, and the page that answers them.

banquet hall for a large wedding in my area
A capacity page with seating layouts for the main hall and lawn, parking count and the nearest landmark, written in the family's words.
marriage hall with parking and rooms
A facilities page listing parking, guest rooms, a bridal room and generator support, with photographs of each.
hall for naming ceremony weekday
A smaller-function page with a weekday hall, a rate range and a note on what elders need, such as seating and a quiet room.
conference hall with projector for hire
A corporate page with layouts, sound and projector details, breakout space and an invoice policy.
is the hall available on my date
The date form: date, guest count, event type and a call-back time, so the first reply quotes the rate and the open dates.
banquet hall outside caterer allowed
A policy page that says plainly what vendors may work inside, which fees apply and what the in-house menu includes.

Who it is for

This is written for these banquet halls and event venues.

  • Marriage halls and kalyana mandapams
  • Banquet halls with in-house catering
  • Party halls for birthdays and small functions
  • Convention centres and large event venues
  • Lawns and open-air wedding venues
  • Resort and farmhouse venues for weddings and offsites
  • Hotel banquet and conference spaces
  • Community halls and trust-run halls
  • Meeting rooms and training halls for rent

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your hall's rate, capacity and rules are still being decided, and a site would state what the manager later contradicts
  • You have no photographs of the hall dressed and full, and a site built on empty rooms would not hold a family
  • Dates are held by several relatives on their own phones, so a form could not show which dates are open

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we are on venue platforms?
Yes. Platforms list every hall in the area side by side. A website is the page you control, where a forwarded link shows the full rules and every photograph of your hall.
Should we publish the plate rate on the site?
A starting rate with its basis saves wasted calls and brings in families whose budget fits. Publish what you are willing to stand behind, and say the final quote depends on the date and menu.
Can the site show live availability?
It can, if the calendar is kept current by someone every day. A wrong date shown as free is worse than no calendar. Start with a contact form and add a calendar view when the register is dependable.
Should the site list the rules on outside decorators and music?
Yes, as a plain page stating what is allowed and the hours. Families ask the question before they book, and an unstated rule becomes a quarrel on the night. Check the local rules on sound and timing yourself, and say the hall follows them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
